Blog #4 Due: Monday 9/22/14

Remember to post your book's title, author, and page #.
Choose two to three characters from your book and very briefly tell us who they are.
Then tell us what actors/actresses you would want to play the parts of the characters in your book if it were to be turned into a movie (you must choose famous people to play the roles). Include an explanation of why you chose each actor/actress.

If your book has already been turned into a movie please choose new actors/actresses to play the roles of your characters. Ex. If you are reading Twilight do not tell me Taylor Lautner should play Jacob.

I'm currently reading Showoff by Gordon Korman, and I'm currently on page 81. If my book was made into a movie the actors and actresses I would choose are Bradley Steven Perry: for Griffin Bing, Colin Ford: for Ben Slovak, and Mackenzie Foy: for Savanna Drysdale. I picked Bradley Steven Perry because in the show he plays in he is a little teenager that schemes a lot and I think he would do good in that part. I picked Colin Ford because Ben is this laid back kid that just goes along with what Griffin says. In the movie Colin Ford was in he was laid back too. I picked Mackenzie Foy to play Savanna because in the Twilight series Mackenzie was this delicate girl who didn't want to harm anything.

The book that I am currently reading is the book the two minute drill by Mike Lupica I have finished the book and the main characters that are in my book are Scott and Tyler Scott is a new kid in his new school and he is a great kicker in football. Tyler is the popular kid in school and he’s the star quarterback on the football team the 2 become friends and because of their dogs they both like dogs. The celebrities that I would like to have in this book if it were a movie ARE Nathan crest (I Carly) as the new kid in the school. The person I would have to be Tyler would be Jaden smith.

The book that I am currently reading is called Love Maybe I am on pg.100. If this book was to be made into a movie, I would probably choose Josh Hutchinson as Ben Donovan. Next I would choose Ryan Newman to play the lead character Piper, and last but not least I would chose Bella Thorn to play as Clair.I chose these people because i believe they have what it takes to play as these characters to a point. Not because they look like them but because of their experience on TV as actors and actresses to fully show their potential.

The current book I was reading was "I Even Funnier" by James Patterson. I am done with this book as of now. If my book was a movie I would chose one of the best kid comics to play as "Jamie Grimm". The reason why is because the character "Jamie Grimm is supposed to be the funniest kid comic as of the state of New York and the country.

If my book was made into a movie, the actors that i would choose for the movie are, kevin hart for the coach because he can be funny at times but if he wanted to he can be serious. But as one of the people in the football team i would have lance tony romo, michael vick, and jerry rice.

The book I am reading is “The Postcard” by Tony Abbott, I am currently on page 112. Jason is the main character, Mrs. K is Jacob’s deceased grandmothers best friend, and Dia a girl from Florida that mows Jacob’s grandmother’s lawn. An actor I would have play Jacob’s character is Josh Hutcherson. The actress I would have play Jacobs’s grandmother’s best friend is Elisabith Shue. Last, but not least the actress I would have play Dia is AnnaSophia Robb. I would pick them, because I think they are really good at what they do. Also, because they really fit the parts for these roles.

The book that I am currently reading is Almost Home by Joan Bauer, and I'm currently on page 54. Sugar is a girl who has a dog named Shush. Her mother died and they are both put into foster care. Sugar is having trouble fitting in with her foster family and she wonders if she will ever have a happy life again. I would pick Payton List to be Sugar because they both are energetic, hyper, and very nice to others. I would get Stan form the show Dog With a Blog because they are both super adorable and would make sure to cheer Sugar (Payton List) up when she is having a bad day.

I am reading The Running Dream by Wendelin Van Draanen, and I am currently on page 68. If my book was made into a movie the actors and actresses I would choose are Chloe Grace Mortez, Sandra Bullok, Ryan Reynolds, and Abigail Breslin.I would choose Chloe Grace Mortez to play Jessica, the main character because I like Chloe's other movies and she is a young actress. I picked Sandra Bullok to play as the mom to Jessica because in the blind side bullok was a very sympathetic person much like the mom in the book. Ryan Reynolds is just a good actor and has played in movies with Bullok already. Abigail Breslin is who I would have play Fiona, Jessicas bestfriend. She would be good because she is also a young actress who has played supportive roles. @emasio6 I have read that book and those are good choices for the characters. @dkeaton4 Your book sounds interesting.

My book is 'Hunted' by Kirsten Cast and P.C. Cast. I finished it a couple day ago. A few main characters from my book are Zoey Redbird, Stevie Rae, Aphrodite, and Erik Night. I would choose Taylor Swift to play as Aphrodite because Aphrodite is very confident, rude, outgoing. I believe Taylor Swift is as well. Zoey Redbird is a bit insecure, smart, and brave. It was diffucult to decide who should be Zoey, but I think I will choose Demi Lavato because some of her songs remind me of Zoey. Stevie Rae is Carrie Underwood. I choose Carrie for Stevie because they look alike and have similar personalities. They're both confident and smart. Also, they both like country. Erik is pretty simple. He is brave, adventurous, stubborn, and smart. His personality is perfect fit for David Tennant. If this were to be a movie I am sure it would be quite interesting to see all these actors and actresses together!

I am currently reading Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins and I’m on page 152. If I had to pick actors and actresses to play these characters I would choose Elle Fanning to play Katniss, Lucas Till to play Petta, and Tobias Eaton to play Gale. I choose Elle Fanning to play Katniss because she is a young girl and in the movie Maleficent she is very outgoing like Katniss. I choose Lucas Till to play Petta because in the movie Hannah Montana the Movie he falls in love with Miley Cyrus just like Petta did with Katniss. I choose Tobias Eaton to play gale because in the movie Divergent his role was a tough guy and Gale is tough and doesn’t show any emotion.

I'm reading The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald, i'm on page 47. Tom Buchanans is a very wealthy, buff, rough voiced, straw haired, 30 year old man who is married to Nicks, the narrator, second cousin Daisy. Daisy is a peppy, slender, kind girl. For Tom I would have Arnold Schwarzenegger, for Daisy I would say Angelina Jolie. I picked Schwarzenegger because he's big buff, got a rough voice, and is just an awesome over the top actor, and Jolie for Daisy because she looks similar and seems like she would be good for the part.

I am currently reading DUKE by Kirby Larson, and I am on page 185. If my book was made into a movie the actors would be Quvenzhané Wallis, Diego Velazquez, Ginifer King .for Quvenzhané Wallis because she never wants her older siblings to get their way that was the best part for her. Diego Velazquez because he never knows if he’d done the right choice. And Ginifer King because she never wants her kids in the show to worry if something bad has happened. Hobies is the character who gave the dog away to the overseas war. I would put Diego Velazquez to play Hobies. June is Hobies little sister that is always learning new things as she gets older I would put Quvenzhané Wallis there because she is a happy little girl who tries to find a way so that it works for her. Hobies mom is the character who is struggling to keep calm now knowing that something wrong has happened to her husband Ginifer in her shows she tries hard not to do that and keep calm.

The next actress I would pick is Adam Sandler as the giver because he is a wise, funny actor, which even though this book is serious if I were the make of this movie I would make some part of it funny :)

William has a brother named Gavin. He's the bully in the beggining but through trial and error as well as the loss of being able to loss his sword arm he becomes quite mellow. I'd pick Laine because on the movie she played on she has a sassy attitude and so does Sally, so she'll fit the part. The next actress I would choose is Debby Ryan to play Marlee's sister Judy. My book is Ghost in the Machine Ryan's Journal by Patrick Carmen and I am on page 120. The main character in my book is Ryan, he's around fourteen years old and he like to figure things out. However, his best friend Sara is more of a troublemaker than an investigator. If this book were turned in to a movie I would pick Logan Lerman to play Ryan. Logan is good at fitting in to his role, he does a really good dorky kind of role. To play Sara I would pick Chloe Grace Moretz because she is amazing at fitting in to all different roles and in her previous movies she's sort of mischievous.

The book im reading now is called notes from a small island and im currently on page 34, unfortunately, due to it being a travel log, the book only centers on one "character" the author himself, Bill Bryson. Bill is an author, and a very comedic one at that, who primarily uses sarcasm and ridicule as a basis for most of his jokes (not to mention self deprecation) and being a professional author with many life experiances to use to his advantage, the stream of humor that he manages to produce seems un-ending. If I were to produce a movie based on this book ,or in this case select the actors, I would pick Rainn Wilson to play Bill Bryson. Rainn does actually have writing experiance and his commedic acting was a smashing success in the hit show THE OFFICE. So in my personal (but not peofessional) opinion I think Rainn Wilson would be perfect to play the part of Bill Bryson.

If they were to make a movie about my book, I think one actor that should be chosen is the actor in twillight who played the vampire. I think he should play my main character, fang, because fang is like a vampire, and since the actor already played a vampire he would be good for it. Another character in my book is Angel, and I think the person that should play her is Kristen Stewart. I think that because they have the same attitude, and same characteristics, it'll be cool to see that happen, it'll be like another twillight.

I am reading the book "House of Dark Shadows", page 145, and in the book there are more than three main characters, but I will choose my favorites. Xander is the main character. He is a young boy who is 15-ish and is a tough, strong young kid who fights for what he believes in, even through fear. If this book were made into a movie I believe Dylan O'Brien ("The Maze Runner" and "Teen Wolf") would be PHENOMINAL in the making of that movie because he is a terrific actor, and sort of what I pictured Xander to look like in my head. Dylan O'Brien definitely fits the characteristics physically that Xander does, so it made me think of him. Another character I like is Xanders younger brother David (mostly called Dae). Dae is adventurous and charismatic. He is a good kid and a fantastic person to lean on for Xander. He is overall a good brother. An actor that would fit Daes character is Ryan Lee (“This Is 40”, “Super 8”, etc.) He is also a good actor that I really like. The last main character that I that is vital to this story is the big, looming figure that is a man that is sort of the bad guy in the story. He walks around their house, and creeps them out, other than that I’m not quite sure who he really is, I haven’t read that far. Someone who would fit this character perfectly is Michael Clarke Duncan. He kind of strikes me as the dark, creepy figure that is really strong and large (physically). It all makes kind of sense in my head how they match the characters. Overall, most of the actors relate to the characters in the book.

I'm currently reading The Absolutely True Diary of a Part-Time Indian, and I'm currently on page 63. If my book was made into a movie the actors and actresses I would choose Zachary Gordon for Junior, Vin Diesel for Rowdy, and Will Smith for Mr. P. I chose Zachary Gordon because he's a young teenager like Junior and in Diary of a Wimpy Kid he's shy and he gets picked on by bullies like Junior. I chose Vin Diesel for Rowdy because Vin Diesel is strong and tough like Rowdy and in Fast and Furious Vin Diesel has a bit of anger issues like Rowdy. I chose Will Smith for Mr. P because Will Smith is a really cool guy like Mr. P and Will Smith does a lot of incredible stuff in real life and in the movies that he's in like Mr. P

The book that I am currently reading is The Pretty One by Cheryl Klam , and im on page 163 . 2 characters that I chose to talk about is Megan and Lucy . Megan is a shadow of her sister because her sister is prettier than her and people don't really pay attention to Megan . Lucy doesn't know that people don't really pay attention to Megan but Lucy loves Megan but she gets most of the attention . If this book was a movie I would choose Zendaya Coleman to play Megan and I would pick Tyra Banks to play Lucy . I'm still on "So Far from Home" by Berry Denenberg, I'm currently on page 102, and I'm still enjoying the book. Even thought my book has a lot of characters, their not all described. Mary Driscoll and Annie Clark look about the same (2 characters in my book). In "So Far from Home" I quote from page 74-75, "She has the same green eyes and same honey-red hair I do. Lucky girl, she does not have freckles. She looks older, maybe seventeen." When I read my book, I imagine Dakota Fanning for Annie Clark, and maybe Emma Stone for Mary Driscoll. Dakota and Emma would just need a good Irish accents.

The second character is Grandpa Joe he is nice and he knows a lot about the Willy Wonka chocolate factory. If the book turned into a movie. Macaulay Culkin (When he was young) should play Charlie because Macaulay Culkin is really good at acting I saw the movie "Home Alone" his face acting was various so I think he can act any thing.Anthony Hopkins should play Grandpa Joe because Anthony Hopkins is a good actor and in the book Grandpa Joe is a nice person Anthony Hopkins can act like him and he looks kind.

Mr. Sir is one of the side protagonists in the story and right hand man to the warden. Mr. Pendanski is the main counselor at camp green lake and right hand man to Mr. Sir. I would choose the fat Josh Peck for Stanley because in the beginning of the book Stanley is overweight and later on in the movie loses the weight because he’s digging holes. I would choose Tom Hanks as Mr. sir because he could play a mean character without going overboard. I would choose David Spade for Mr. Pendanski because he is funny and akward at the same time.

He seems like a good choice to play Nick because I imagine, while reading, that he is what Nick looks like. For Clary Morgernstern the actor will be Anna trebunskaya because she has red hair. These are the characters and actors that might make a good impression of the main characters in the book.

I am currently reading The Name of the Wind by Patrick Rothfuss and I am on page 368. The main character in my book is a young boy named Kvothe. He is extraordinarily smart, very adaptable, a quick learner, and pretty much super-human. I believe he would be well played by Asa Butterfield (Ender in Ender's Game) because his physical features match Kvothe well and he could easily pull off Kvothe's cunning personality. Another main character in my book is the antagonist, Ambrose. He is a rich and powerful noble's son. He is a jerk, and is extremely jealous of Kvothe's talent. Throughout the book he tries to ruin Kvothe's life or at least make it harder for him. I believe he would be well played by Brant Daugherty (Noel Kahn in Pretty Little Liars) because he looks a lot like how I imagined Ambrose and can pull off the "I'm better than everyone because I have money and power" personality. Lastly I will add the older version of Kvothe who, although is the same person as young Kvothe, is a completely different character because this book is him telling the story of his life. He is quiet, secretive, and mysterious, and few people even know that he is Kvothe (because he doesn’t want them to). Because of this, people don't know very much about him, they just think that he is the antisocial innkeeper that he pretends to be. I believe that Martin Freeman (Bilbo Baggins in the Hobbit)would be able to play this character well because he looks much like how I imagined Kvothe, and could probably pull off his reserved personality.

SHenderson4: Great blog, you had good explanations and a lot of detail.

skuklersulaica3: Nice post, your book seems interesting and you had good explanations for your decisions.

And Skander Keynes as the actor for Day another main character in my book. I choose Jennifer as the actress for June because June is smart, observant, and has a tomboy attribute, while the character Jennifer plays (Katniss) is very simillar. As for Day he is rebelious, smart, and he doesn't like to depend on others, simallar to the character Skander Keyness plays. (Edmund who doesn't want to admit that he is wrong.)

I am reading The Last Apprentice Curse of The Bane by Joseph Delaney and I am on page 35. The two characters i am choosing are Thomas Ward and the spook.
For the spook I would pick Liam Neeson because he is mysterious yet awesome. For Thomas I would pick is Joel Courtney who was in super 8 because He looks like what I was imagining he would look like. By the way they are making this book series into a movie and it has nothing to do with the book at all at least from the trailer.

@hmaestre3 wow exactly page 100

@dgreek5 I tried to read the first one last year but I never got into it.

I'm currently reading is "The land of The Silver Apples" by Nancy Farmer and I am on page 200. The two Characters I choose are Jack and The Bard. The Bard is this really old wise man that has a lot of powers and he fights things like demons, frost giants, and evil gods. Jack is his apprentice and he doesn't have many powers at the moment but he can make giant hail, and earthquakes. If this book is ever turned into a book the actor I would want to play Jack is Daniel Radcliffe (Harry Potter) because he already has experience playing magical characters. The actor I would want to play The Bard is Morgan Freeman, because he's old and I like his voice.

I am currently reading Scat by Carl Hiaasen, I am on page 72. Nick is a middle school student who lives in Naples Florida and he is one of Ms. Starches biology students. Ms. Starch is a very strict and harsh middle school biology teacher.
I would choose Josh Hutcherson to play Nick because in his previous films he has played characters that had been faced with challenges and his character make up seems to fit the personality of Nick.
I would choose Meryl Streep to play Ms. Starch because of her versatility as an actress to play characters of a forceful nature. While adding bits of comedic moments.

Serena Shaw is a girl who has to take care of her little brother while her dad has the blue all the time. Henry is a little boy that is in the middle of the drama. The person i would pick to play Serena is Keke Palmer. The person i would pick to play Henry is King Harris. Why i picked Keke Palmer to play Serena because Keke is a strong black women, and knows how to play the part well. Why i picked King Harris to play Henry is because he is about Henry's age, and would be good to play the part.

Ariana Grande has been on a couple of TV shows so she already has some experience with TV shows/ movies. For the character Andy, I would choose Dylan O’ Brien because he has been in a couple movies and he is really good at what he does. With these two celebrities I believe that they could make a really successful movie.

I'm reading Smiles to Go by Jerry Spinelli, I am on page 174. If Smiles to Go were a movie I think the main character Will, a everyday middle school kid with a fascination for science and a crush brown hair not very tall, would be played by Zachary Gordon from the Diary of a Wimpy kid movies, because he's not very tall, has brown hair, and looks a little nerdy like how i think Will would. Will's friend Mi-Su, his crush who loves music and plays slightly asain girl with brown hair and a good smile, would be played by Vanessa Hudgens, she has the brown hair, a good smile, and she can sing like Mi-Su. Will's other friend BT, normal height longer brown hair lazy and not very caring, would be played by Joe Jonas when he was younger, I say young Joe Jonas because he had the long dark hair and had a very layed back look.

I recently finished "Eggs" by Jerry Spinelli. Primrose and David are the main characters. David may come across as shy, but when it comes to certain subjects he can become very outspoken. I think Casey Simpson would be great for the part of David because they are both quiet, but they aren't afraid to speak their mind. Chloe Grace Moretz would be perfect for the part as Primrose because they both act very mature in intense situations.

Currently I am reading, “The Count of Monte Christo” I am on page 77 out of 1462, “The Count of Monte Christo is, so far an enthralling book, well to me it is, and it may not be as exciting to others. But first off, I would choose Benedict Cumberbatch to play Edmund, because Benedict, in my opinion, is an extraordinary actor, I would also get Jensen Ackles to play Dantes, because in the book, “The Count of Monte Christo”, Dantes is supposed to be a beautiful young man… And I really think that Jensen would work well in this position. Next I believe that Mark Pellegrino would be wonderful if he was M. Morrel, and it might get some people who wouldn’t normally watch a thing like this to watch it. Allthough… I think if someone heard who would be casted in this movie then no matter how boring it might turn out to be they would watch it. I would also include a few other actors once I find more characters. Jared Padalecki, Misha Collins, Mark Sheppard, and Richard Speight Jr.

At this moment I'm currently reading Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins and I'm on chapter 5. Now it was a very tuff decision to the point where the kind internet played apart in this fantasy roles I have chosen my cast for The Hunger Games. So where I am right now they are only speaking of the normal characters Katniss, Peers,Gale,Haymitch, and Effy. So here is the cast of The Hunger Games.

Playing Katniss is Kaya Scodelario, she was chosen this role because she actually audition, but obviously as we all know Jennifer Lawrence was given this role in reality and played it extremely well.

Playing Peeta will be Hunter Parrish, he as well wanted to be Peeta so now I'm giving him his opportunity. However, if you must now if he shaves his beard or any facial hair, you well see he is very baby faced like, and that's perfect knowing that Josh Hutcherson is very baby faced in the movie.

Next taking the cast of Gale is Armie Hammer. If you seen him in the movie Social Network he played his role extremely well. Even though he might be to sexy to play Gale...well it wouldn't matter they let Liam Hemsworth play Gale.

Next playing Haymitch...now before I say who let me congratulate Woody Harrelson for playing an AMAZING job as the character of Haymitch. Now we are not trying to "replace" you obviously, but I have chosen Kevin Durand to play Haymitch.

Last but not less "May they odds ever be in your favor." You guessed it Effy Trinket, this character was very hard to find knowing the character who actually played Effy Trinket was breathtaking, shocking, AMAZING, there is so much words for the great job she did playing Effy. However, we must choose am alternative and that person is *drum roll* Natasha Lyonne. I choose her by the looks in her picture her hair was puffed up in a similar form as Effy's as well as she had a slight pale face. So I had decided to choose her knowing it would be even more difficult to find someone else.

Well congratulations to the cast of this Years Hunger Games: Catching Fire. Hope you do an staggering performance as the actually characters of the Hunger Games: Catching Fire did.

There you have it now I understand that I took in consideration the movie but I think these characters would do a great job in the book as well as the movie.

James is a kid that is in college, he then heads back to his home town in Switzerland to see his sick grandpa. Red Kelly is a teenager who tagged along with James on the train they took to Switzerland. The actor I chose for James is Josh Hutcherson because he would fit for a British college kid , and the actor for Red is Alex Etel because he seams like a good actor for a country boy.

For May, I would choose Miranda Cosgrove (iCarly) because she has black hair, May has black hair as well. For Pumpkin, I would choose Alan Cumming (X-Men) because he plays Nightcrawler (AKA Kurt Wagner) and Nightcrawler is very shy, Pumpkin is also very shy. For Somber Kitty, i would choose a service cat that's a sphynx. For Beatrice, I would choose Jennette McCurdy (iCarly) because she is brave. Bea is also brave. I am reading Pendragon: The Merchant of Death by D.J. MacHale and am currently on page 104. 2 characters that I pick from this book are the main character. (He explains himself, and I quote. "School came pretty easy; he kicked butt in sports; his parents were way cool." Etc.) The second character is Mark. (It doesn't really tell about him, but he's the main characters best friend, so I guess he was cool too.) The actor I would pick to play the main character is Justin Beiber. Why you ask? Because the main character is way into himself and doesn't really seem like a good role model. But when it comes down to it he's not a complete screw up and can handle things at some point. I would pick Josh Duhmal to play Mark, because he won't show up to much, he won't have much dialogue, and he's kind of not that great in a sense as well.

The actors I would have as my main characters would be Bailee Madison and KeKe palmer as my movie characters. The part of Marlee would be played by Bailee Madison. Bailee Madison is a very good actor for her age and I think she would do perfectly in this role, because of how caring and sweet she appears on and off the camera. The part of Liz would go to KeKe Palmer, because she’s so sweet and handles every role she gets differently. These would be perfect actors if they were going to make “The Lions of Little Rock” a movie.

Two characters in my book, “Liar & Spy”, are Safer and Candy. Through page 45 of this book written by Rebecca Stead I have found that Candy is a clever, smart, and pushy nine-year-old girl. She and her twelve-year-old brother Safer are spies that live in the same condominium complex as George. If I had to put Candy into a movie I would put her in the movie “Wreck It Ralph” as Vanellope von Schweetz as they show many of the same attributes. For the role of Safer I would choose Daryl Sabara that played in the movie “Spy Kids” as Juni. Safer reminds me of him because of how they are both sneaky. The book describes Safer as having red hair and pale skin which also describes Daryl Sabara. I and others would probably enjoy these actors portraying these characters.

Braeden Lemasters to play Timothy July, Elizabeth Gillies as Abigail Tremens and Skyler Gisondo as Stuart Chen. I would want Braeden Lemasters to play Timothy July because I believe that he would be a good actor for that part and come easily to play it because that actor is like timothy but with out the scary nightmare coming to get him. I also believe that Elizabeth Gillies would be good for Abigail Tremens because when she played Jade in victories she had to be mean and mysterious which Abigail is very mysterious. and lastly I believe that Skyler Gisondo because he is play, fun and unexpected.

I'm reading All the Lovely Bad ones by Mary Downing Hahn and I'm on page 75. If my book was to turn into a movie I would want Lil jj to play Travis and Zendaya Coleman to play Corey. Travis is a coward, yet will still go along with the pranks Corey play on the guests he's also smart but is sorta a sidekick to Corey even tho he's the oldest, he's intelligent, and also a troublemaker. Corey is a daredevil sorta but she's still coward at the same time but she likes to tell lies a lot she's also sneaky and deceitful. I think Lil jj would fit travis role perfectly because he usually plays a funny, serious, troublemaker, and cowardly role in movies but he can also come up with some pretty great Ideas therefore he can actually fit into travis role. I think Zendaya would fit Corey role perfectly because she's always a leader, she can act deceitful, tries to be the center of attention or just wants attention, can tell a great lie and make everyone believe it because she seems innocent and sweet, and can also play a prankster role.

I thing that I would have to go with Dave Franco for the role of frank because he is one of my favorite actors, and when they describe frank in the story it sounds like their talking about James Franco. I am reading “the trouble with half a moon” by Danette Vigilante and I’m on page 118. My three characters are: Delie, the main character who is struggling with coping that her brother died and she could have possible saved him. She is a sweet girl with a loving heart, but fears her brother blames her for his death. If I could choose one person to play her it would be KeKe palmer because I feel she would capture the essence and feel of the mangled little girl that dellie feels she is. another character would be Corey, the little boy dellie decides to help when his mom locks him out of the house and doesn’t feed him.it becomes a chaotic mess to clean up and she knows she can’t do it on her own. For Corey I would have the young version of Kleo Thomas play him. The way he takes on his role and acts as if he were actually that character is amazing. My last character would be Mrs. Shirley who helped dellie see that she was not to blame. She is a lady that was very unusual who always wore a cape and a cane that had jolly bells that rung with every step she took. Some thought she was a witch because her touch could cure anything and her voice soothed like no other. For her I would have none other than Whoopi Goldberg. She is an outstanding actress that always shows that she’s up for a challenge and I think that she’s the best person by far.@ Kjones3 very good job!.@ ggrayson6 that is very clever! The book I am reading is How To Turn The Good Gilr Bad by Angel Likkle and I am 100% done with the book. I chose three of the main characters which are Daniel Blake, Hailey Winters, and Rebecca Winters. Daniel Blake is the school's bad boy, always skipping class and never doing what he is suppose to do. Hailey Winters is the good girl that never gets in trouble and gets outstanding grades. Rebecca Winters is Hailey's twin sister as well as the head cheerleader and very preppy. Hailey and Rebecca are nothing alike but they have a close bound. In the book the author says that Hailey is slightly prettier then Rebecca because I mean come on, no twins look exactly the same. The actor I chose to play as Daniel is Alex Pettyfer. I picked him for the position of this character because I feel like he looks the part and has a somewhat bad boy looking exterier. For Haiely I decided on Lucy Hale and for Rebecca I chose Selena Gomez. My reasoning for these two choses are that Lucy and Selena look very much alike and could pull off as twins or at least sisters. In my opinion Lucy Hale is prettier then Selena Gomez and she would look better with Alex as Daniel. Selena is also much more preppier then Lucy. I would love for this book to become a movie because it would be amazing.

So just wen kristen was about to tell her friends to help her it turns out that she ran into Ripple and she ended up staying to watch over Ripple. I would pick Lindsay Lohan to play Kristen's part because kristen is kind of the uptight kind and tries to play the bad girl role, and so does Lindsay lohan. In the movie mean girls she tries to fit in and be cool like kristen. For Ripple I would pick Vanessa Hudgenson because they have similarities they have the same hair color and they both play the kind of sweet and quiet role. I would love for them to make a movie of my book it would be and interesting movie basically a remake of the movie "Mean Girls."

my book is called "Summer of Secrets" by Paul Langan and this book is part of the Bluford Series. In this book there is a girl named Darcy Wills who is having family problems and problems with her ex boyfriend in Detroit. So she feels alone because, her beloved grandmother died and she wouldve helped Darcy solve all of the problems that she is having. Then there is a guy named Carl which is Darcy's step dad, and Carl is always arguing with Darcy's mother. And all of that arguing it is contributing to Darcy's "mental breakdowns".Lastly there's her 14 year old sister Jamee she's two years young then Darcy.Jamee tries to help Darcy with all of her problems but she's not really helping. If this book was to turn into a movie,i would like Mary Jane to play Darcy Wills.I would like Tyrese Gibson to play Carl (the step Dad). And i would like for Haile Berry to play Jamee Wills. I would like all of these people to play the characters in the book because they're my favorite actor/actress.

I am done with my book and just started a new one it is called don't hold their breath the author is Helene boudreau. And the main caracter is jade she is confused because not only is her mom some where off in the ocean but the guy she had her first kiss with is not talking to her and on top of all that she has the worst job ever. And turkey jade is scared of the ocean. And I think that Bella thorn would play her best cause I think that they have alike traits.

The book I have finished is Varjak Paw by SF Said and ive completed it.
If my book was made into a movie the actors and actresses I would choose are Billy Bob Thorton: for Varjak,Ellen Degeneres:for Holly, and Rihanna :for Tam. I picked Rihanna because she played in battlefield and was a brusque women such as Tam. I picked Ellen of course for her lighthearted self. I picked Billy for his talent.

I am currently reading "the dead boys" by Royce Buckingham and I am on page 151. one thing I really like about the book is that its a mystery. And some what of a horror. One thing I don't like about it is there is no love in it. I usually like books or movies with love in them.

I am currently reading "the odd squad" and i am on page 59. if my book was made into a movie the actors or actresses I would have choose are David spade to play nick. I would have Kevin James play Karl. and Miley Cyrus lee play molly. because these actors are funny. I also believe that they can be very good actors.

@thines6 nice blog
