In the book, Miranda’s life has changed a lot since a lunar impact knocks the moon closer to Earth resulting in drastic weather changes, loss of supplies and much more. When I moved to Florida my life changed a lot too. I had to leave all my friends, move to a town where I didn’t know anyone and come to a new school. We both struggled with the changes at first but now we are used to them. We both adapted and for me, it’s going pretty good.
The book I'm reading is Infinity Rings Book One by James Dashner. I am on pg. 12. The main character, Dak is a normal kid but he really dislikes the government's choices/SQ's choices. Me and him have the same view, like some of the laws the government has passed in the past years. That's how we are alike. we are also both the same race.

The book I'm reading is called Guitar notes, the author's name is Mary Amato and I'm on page 46. The connection that I discovered between me and the book is, one of the main characters Tripp loves music and can not live without it just like me. In the book Tripp's mom takes away him guitar when he is sleeping and when he wakes up he is extremely angry. He says that he can't live without playing music. I can relate to this because without music I would go on a rampage because I love music almost more than anything. So that is how i can relate this charter to my life.
The book I'm reading is called Percy Jackson and The Lightning Thief, the author is Rick Riordan, and I am on page 89. I can relate to this book because Percy Jackson moves school which I have done. He always has bad luck such as myself and finds his way into trouble. Also we are both very similar in our age groups Percy Jackson is 12 and I am 13. This is how my everyday life relates to the life of Percy Jackson.

I'm now reading a book called "Warriors:into the wild". The author of the book is Erin Hunter. I'm on page 51. I can relate to this book because I also like to go to forest. That he is a kitty pet so he gets hard times to get with the cats in the clan. I came from other country so I'm also having problems with the relationship. This is why I think I'm related to this book.

The book I'm reading now is "Apple Turnover Murder", created by the amazing Joanne Fluke, and now I'm on page 120. I can relate to this book because earlier in the story Hannah was jealous about how she looked in the mornings compared to her sister who looked beautiful and happy, and she said "If you weren't my sister, I would hate you.". I usually think of that compared to my sisters, 'cause they have the perfect looks and the perfect smile and so on and so forth. It's not noticeable that I think those things but I do sometimes. But that's mainly how I can connect to this story so far.

The book I am currently reading is The Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan and I am currently on page 370. I (and everyone else) can relate to this book because I have lost a friend, whether it's by them moving, or choosing another route. Just like Percy, that friend may have gone, but sooner or later, you're going to have to move on. Thinking about the present is more important than dwelling on the past. This book is amazing and I definitely suggest it if you're into Fantasy-type books!

I am reading Go Set a Watchman by Harper lee. i am on page 50. I can relate to the book because in the story, some of the characters have changed and she isn't really friends with them anymore and I've had that happen where I have lost a friend due to me, or them changing.
The book I'm currently reading is Dork Diaries by Rachel Renee Russell i can relate to this book because it has a lot of drama in it and one girl has a lot of mess in her life and i have a lot of drama in my life with bullying kids and hurtful comments.
I am reading "The Youngest Templar: Trial of Fate" By Michael P. Spradlin. I am currently on page 30. I connected this to my life through my obligation to news crew. I know that if I ever had to carry the flash drive that has all our data, I would guard it like the main character guards the Grail.

I am reading "The Heritage Of Music" by Katherine B. Shippen and Anca Seidlova and I am on page 140. I can connect to the book because I can play music. But,the composer I can connect to the most is probably Beethoven,even though he plays piano (I do cello) we both have the same way with our behavior. We both can be easily annoyed or angered,but we are actually the opposite of that 90% of the time,and music matches our feelings at that moment, for example:I am in a happy good mood,I would play a piece happily,depending on the song.

I am reading The Enemy, the authors name is Charlie Higson, and i'm on page 137. A connection in the book that is also in my daily life is that i have experienced a friend die. In the story The Enemy Freak witnesses his friend Deak die by the Grownups. Deak saved Freak's life, however deak dies from the grownups drowning him. I have witness a friend die right in front of me however he was hit by a car. Too add to the connection these two were the best friends...so were me and my friend.
One connection between my book and I is that both of me and the character Rafe are in middle school. An additional connection between the character Rafe and I is that at we both wear jackets all the time. Another connection that I have found is that we have both been to sleep away camp over the summer. The author of my book is James Patterson. The book I am reading is called Middle School Save Rafe and I'm currently on page 77.

I am reading "Just One Day" by Gayle Forman and I am on page 102. A connection I have between my book is that we give into something way too easily. If I'm afraid to do something cause ill get caught, I wont want to do it. But if someone tells me to "just do it" and "it'll be fun," ill just give into what they say. Same goes for Allyson, the main character in my book. She had a problem with her friend convincing her into doing what she doesn't want to do.

I am reading the book Rules by Cynthia Lord and I'm on page 57. My book relates to me because the main character has an autistic brother and I have an autistic cousin. My cousin also has a hard time following rules just like the character in the book. Anyways I'm really looking forward to read the rest of this book.I hope it's as good as it has been.

I'm reading Steelheart by Brandon Sanderson, I'm on page 259. I relate to this book because the main character is very stubborn and persistent. He trys to get what he wants by either constantly bothering the person. He also gets what he wants by being smart and giving good arguments for it even if the arguments are lies. I don't fit the main characters character to a tee but in some aspects we match.

The book that I am reading is Michael Vey: The Battle of Ambere by Richard Paul Evans. I am on page 36 and the main character and I have a connection because we both want to save people. Michael wants to save his mom and his friends from the Peruvian Army. I want to save people if they are in trouble nobody helps them. We connect because a lot of people rely on us.
The book I WAS reading was Maximum Ride by James Patterson. Yes, I did finish the book a little too early ha-ha but I couldn’t help it, it was really good. I just checked out the second book and I’m currently on page 0. It connects with my life because sometimes I feel like I don’t belong in certain cliques in school or anywhere else. Also these were kids that were my age so the humor and the way they thought about adults was mostly accurate to the way I felt.
The book that I'm reading is called Kingdom Keepers: Disney at Dawn. I have a connection with my book when Amanda's sister turns magically into a totally different person. Just like my sister she turned into a different person too just like her.

I am currently reading the book Frozen by Melissa De La Cruz and Michael Johnston and I am on page 325 which is the end of the book. In this book Wes, one of the main characters, loses his sister, Eliza, to a house fire. The way that I can relate is that I can understand a little more how my mom felt. When my mom gave birth to my brother, Kevin, he was three months early and was born without the necessary hair on his lungs and was unable to breathe. As Wes lost a sibling I also lost a sibling and my mother lost a son. This helped me relate to my book a little more.

The discussing between me and my current book. is I know where its coming from because I been in that position where I had to stop a bullying manner or have bully someone because felt down and I didn’t want them to feel good either. And the book I’m reading is pretty ugly by Karyn Langhorne Folan. Throughout that book I learned that always stepping up too be the leader when someone is being hurt or being bullied.
The connection I have with my book and my life is that life is based on rules and that you can’t go around doing anything you want. And when you go places you have to follow there rules you can’t just act like a fool and even people that work for the state have to follow rules. And the other connection I have is people being judge about their personality and how they dress in public. They like to care for the community and the people living in it that’s how I feel about myself and the people around me. I am still reading Suzanne Collins’ Mocking jay. In the book both Peeta and Katniss go crazy. I have been there when my parents block me from the wifi or blame me for something I didn’t do. I go crazy when people think or say I did something I didn’t do. Only if it isn’t true or if it is a rumor going around. I will tell people straight up that it wasn’t me and I will go crazy if they keep saying its me.

I am still reading Star wars:Darth Maul I'm on page 125. In the book Lord sidious (aka chancellor palpatin) he start torturing The Darth maul so he becomes evil or vile. Me and Darth maul are both nice
The connection between the book I am reading currently is that both the book and my real life in the story the main character has to move around the country a lot. The reason that this is similar to my life is because when I was younger my family had to move around a lot because of my moms job so I know what its like constantly leaving people you have come to be friends with because you have to move away. The reason think that this has an impact on the main story of the book is because it makes the main character feel lonely because it is hard for him to make new friends with all the moving he is doing constantly.

The book that I am currently reading is called “Cat’s Liar”, and the author of this book is Christine Feehan. A connection I have between the book that I’m reading and myself, is with the main character “Catarina”. I feel like Catarina and I have some things in common. Catarina runs from the truth a lot in this book and she has trusts issues. I can relate to Catarina because I am sensitive just like her, and I have the same attitude as her in the book.

The book I am reading is called Air Borne by Kenneth oppel. I am on page 355 in my book. I really like this book. the connection I found was that hard work pays off. In the story the guy works hard by saving the ship from being kidnapped and was rewarded.

The book I am reading is called Gathering Blue the author is Lois Lawery and I am on page 31. The girl in the book Kira has been through a lot. There is a girl who doesn’t like Kira and is trying to get her sent away. I have had people not like me and try to get me too. I know how she feels but this is worse for her because she could get sent out of the village and be in the wilderness to die.
The book I am currently reading is Gathering Blue and its by Louis Lowery and I am on page 80. I don't really have a connection with the book. But if I did, it would have to be how one girl, Vanessa, doesn't like the main character, Kira. And I also have someone who doesn't like me. I mean everyone have someone who doesn't like them. But personally, they have a connection that is similar to someone and I.

I am currently reading The 39 Clues and am on page 57. I don't feel that I have any connection to anyone in my book. The only connection I can think of is that one of the main characters has a sister. I feel that the book should have gadgets or something technological. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes mystery and action.

The connection i have with my book is that it really connects my life to what he is going through in this book. I have so much connection with him that i could actually relate to him in this story. And by the way my book is called Sound Bender by Lin Oliver & Theo Baker.
A connection that I have between my book and my self is that in the story the main character likes to play baseball and basketball and so do I. The story has problems that include people try to quit the team but their fellow team mates make them stay on the team. This has happened to me, one of my friends wanted to quit playing baseball because he did not get to play as much as he wanted to and he was tired of sitting on the bench. I told him that when you join a team you won’t get to automatically play because you want to, everyone wants to play, you have to earn a position and show that you’re better than the starter at that position. Another thing that I have noticed in the book is that when someone is sad and down on their self the other players on the team help that person feel better. I know that I have made some of my teammates cheer up after they strike out or make a bad play by making a joke or telling them something that will make them feel better like everyone makes mistakes. I have even given advice that I have learned to another person like keep your eye on the ball or keep your glove down.
I am currently reading Red Kayak by Priscilla Cummings. I am on page 108 and I am enjoying this book. A connection that I have with this book is that it is about someone lived around a river. Even though I have never actually lived on a river I used to go to a river when I was little and fish and go boating with my family. I also have a connection with this book because the main character has siblings and I do too. I would recommend this book to anyone who likes mystery books.

The Scorch Trials is a great book that I would highly suggest.
The Witch Hunt sounds pretty good because it reminds me of the Salem Witch Trials.
I am still reading “Catching Fire” written by Suzanne Collins, and I am currently on page 270. The connection I have with the main character, Katniss, is that we’re both girls and we both like adventures. And Katniss has one sister and so do I. Also, the similarity that District 12 and our real world have is that there are kids in poverty, or don’t have enough foods. And like Panem does, we have capital city, too.
The book I am reading is “Insurgent” by Veronica Roth. I am currently on page 107. I have a connection with Tris (the main character), Tris is a very strong girl that doesn’t let her emotions get in the way of what she’s doing. I am the same way, I might have some troubles in my life, but when I am in school I put my emotions away so I can focus. I feel as having the ability to keep your emotions hidden can be a very good trait, but you can’t always hide them, that’s why everybody has a different way of coping with their emotions.

A connection that I have discovered between my book “Rules” by Cynthia Lord and my life is a girl named Catherine has a brother named David. David has a problem called Down syndrome. This is a connection between the book and my life because I have a brother named Ryan, with a problem too. Ryan’s problem is that he has ADHD. This is a problem for him because he has a hard time in school and lots of other social activities. While David has the same problem just with a different type of Syndrome. I found this on the first page, now im on page 30.

I am currently reading rules and it is a pretty boring book so far hope it gets better. I relate to this book because in the book Catherine the main character makes rules for her little brother David who has autism and she makes rules so that he doesn't embarras her. Like her little brother my parents are always making rules for me like I cant leave the house after six because I always go hang out with my friends or just leave the house. I am currently on page 80.
In my story, The Death Cure, the thing i relate to the most is the whole plot of the story. The reason though, is because it's actually in a video game rather than my life. In the Death Cure, Thomas has to run from a vile corporation named WICKED that needs him for experiments. On the other hand, the video game Half-Life is about a man named Gordon Freeman who is on the run from and alien race that is taking over the planet, almost just like WICKED. The whole point is that both plots involve people running from trouble. This has been occurring through the whole book and I'm on page 135.
I am currently reading the book gathering blue by Louis Lowry, my life relates to this book in the way that the girl kira is weak in some areas but strong in others. In my life I am weak in the area of school because i do have to study for tests unlike some people but in physical activity is not very tiring or hard for me because i am very physically fit. I am sure there are other ways that I can relate to this book but so far I am only on page 71. I feel that this book is a little hard to relate to in my life because it is about a girl who is an orphan with a twisted leg that lives in an Utopian society and I am not an orphan Nor do I have a twisted limb.

What I relate to the most about my book Alfred Kropp is that he played football. In my book Alfred Kropp by Rick Yancey, Alfred is big and tall and everybody made fun of him so he decided to play football. His mom died and he never knew his dad so he lives with his Uncle Farrell. After his uncle takes a job to steal the most deadliest weapon to earn money and got Alfred involved, Mr. Myers who gave them the offer killed his uncle and took the sword and Alfred had to live in a foster home. Alfred meets up with a man named Bennico and tells him the man that stole the sword is known as Morget. Then Bennico told him that he was knight sent out to help protect him. Then I stopped on 250.

The current book i'm reading is called 'Its a funny story' by Ned Vizzini. im on page 392. I can relate to the story because the main character wants to get a good job when he gets older. I also can relate because he has a lot of weird neighbors like I do. He also lives in a family of four like me.
I’m currently reading “Paper Towns” by John Green and I am on page 152. I don’t really have many connections with this book so far, but from what I’ve read, my only text-to-self connections with this book have to do with the setting. This book is set in Florida, where I live (obviously). More specifically, Orlando, Florida and I generally visit there to shop and go to parks quite often. I am really enjoying this novel and I encourage anyone who likes to read to check out this book!

The book I’m still reading in “Flawless a Pretty Little Lairs” novel by Sara Shepard and I’m on page 54. The connection I made with my book was that someone is watching me like the main characters are being watched by “A”. In the book Hannah, Aria, Spencer, and Emily are being watched by “A” and now “A” knows all there secrets. It’s like when you feel like someone is watching you but the turn around to find nobody there. The girls keep looking for “A” but they turn around to be misled. That’s the connection I made with my book.

A connection i have noticed between my book and my life is death of a loved one Stress. In the book the main character's dad is killed by the Native Americans. In my life i have also lost loved ones they were not murdered, but died of natural causes. Another connection is stress, the main character in the book has stress because he had to become captain of the militia by almost default to replace his father, and i have stress but very little because i don't like doing homework. The book i am reading is still "The Loyal Virginian" by George Finkel and i am on page 20.

The book I'm reading is Friction by E.R. Frank and I finished the book. A similarity in my book and my life is that both of us are girls around the same age. The main character is named Alex and she's twelve. Also another similarity is that we're both under a lot of stress. Alex is under a to of pressure to make certain decisions.

The book I'm currently reading is Rebel by Amy Tintera and I'm on page 242. Callum, one of the main characters, is performing his plan to save humans and to take down the place where he and Wren escaped from, HARC. I'm beginning to see how me and him are kind of alike. He's doing what he thinks is right, no matter how hard it is. I'd like to believe that that's what I've done too. He saw what was about to happen was wrong and instead of running away from it, he choose to do something about it. I've had to do that myself and it wasn't easy.

I am currently on page 80 of the book Down A Dark Hall by Lois Duncan. In the book the main character Kit gets dropped off at a boarding school, which she is not happy about. Her mother and stepdad think that while they are on their honeymoon that the boarding school is the best place for Kit. I can relate to this because I am often dropped off at places I don’t want to be while my parents are out doing something fun. They’ve never dropped me off at a boarding school but with how long they stay out they might as well have sent me off to one.

I am currently reading Hatchet by Gary Paulsen. I am on page 33. The only connection I have with my current book is that me and the character are around the same age. He is a Eskimo teenager who ends up in a plane crash in the Canadian wilderness and ends up on a journey to survive for forty-four days. Obviously, that does not have a connection to my life but he is a teenager like me.

The book I’m reading is “Alcatraz versus The Shattered Lens” by Brandon Sanderson, I am currently on page 260. The connection I have with this book is I tend to make unnecessary comments when they are not needed. At the beginning of each chapter, he makes a random unrelated comments. I’ve never seen this style before but I’m really loving it. I also relate because he was just forced to be king and he doesn’t like to make life or death decisions. I am a leader at my church and it is a lot of pressure sometimes. Yeah I don’t need to make life or death decisions, but I still have to make complicated decisions.

A connection that me and my book have is that you being blamed for something you never did, but the evidence in the situation always comes back to you just like in the book Super Bowl ring was stolen and Griffin was blamed but he never touch the ring. My book is "Framed" by Gordon Korman. I'm currently on page 37.
I am currently reading The Fault In Our Stars by John Green, and I am on page 50. The only connection I've really had with this book is flying out of state when I thought I wasn't supposed to. This summer (about 6 weeks ago) I thought my plans to Missouri had been cancelled, but the day after I heard my plans had been cancelled my mom called me and told me to start packing. All the other stuff in the book I can't relate to, obviously because it's just never happened to me before. But this is the one thing that I relate to and honestly I think that's pretty cool.

So the title of my book is Kissed by an Angel by Elizabeth Chandler. Again, I’ve already finished the book and enjoyed it very much. A connection I have with this book is that I believe in angels as well. The main character, Ivy, has believed in angels her whole life and prays to them quite often even though many people have told her that they aren't real. I don’t pray to angels but I have always believed that they are there watching me and protecting me, no matter what anyone says.

I am reading The Land of Stories the Enchantress Returns by Chris Colfer. This book is about two children named Conner and Alex and how their grandmother is the fairy godmother for Cinderella, their grandma lives in the fairy tale world (it’s like another dimension) and how the enchantress is trying to take over the fairy tale world. One connection I have between the book and I, is that just like Alex and her brother, my brother and I are very close. I mean my brother and I don’t go into different dimensions but we do get along and play lacrosse and softball in the backyard. Just like Alex and Conner my brother and I still get into fights but always end up getting along again. I personally think that we get along pretty well because of the age difference, for example my brother turns 17 next month but I am still 13 until January. But Alex and Conner get into fights all the time and I think that’s because there twins. I can relate to this book because my brother and I act like the brother and sister in this book.

I'm reading The Giver by Lois Lowry. I'm on page. 125. The connection between the book and life is probably that i kind of have a family like Jonas's (the main character). His mother is a law official and his dad is a care taker which my parents are in real life. My mother used to work for the court house and my father used to work at the hospital in the nursery. Other than that my life does not really connect to the book in anyway other than that. But it's a great book so far.

I am currently reading hatchet by Gary Paulson. This book is about the main character being stuck in the middle of Canada in the wilderness and he has to survive. This book has a connection with me not that I live in the wilderness but that his mindset is that he has to stay calm and don't panic. Some times in life I just need to tell myself to calm down and count to ten, or go on a walk to calm down. This book is also connected to me because I live In Montana and there are a lot of lakes and when I was back in the forest I know what it's like and how it's so quiet. And when I started reading the book it reminds me of Montana.

The book I am currently reading is The Notebook by Nicholas Sparks. My life connects to this book because I was once in love. I was once in love just like Noah is in love with Alison, and Alison is probably in love with Noah. That's one way my life connects to the book. I am on page 37, chapter 2.
I am currently reading “Things We Know By Heart” by Jessi Kirby and I’m on the eighteenth chapter. So far in this book, I haven’t really been able to make any significant connections due to the fact that I've never really experienced any of the situations in which are evident in the storyline. However, I was able to make a character-to-self connection with one of the main characters in the book, Colton. In the book, Colton is a a nineteen year old male who received a heart transplant when he was seventeen. He lives in a folksy beach town and enjoys to surf or just be by the ocean in his free time. I can relate to Colton because I too like to surf and be close to the ocean as much as I can. Although, I can mostly relate to Colton’s adventurous and unpretentious personality.

I'm reading the 1st 39 Clues book by Gordan Korman. I am page 69. There really is no connection but I noticed that the boy in the book loves sports just like me and his mom is a doctor/nurse like mine. The boy is in middle school and he is in the 8th grade like me. He also has and archenemy girl like I do.
I'm reading flush by Carl Hiaasen. I'm on page 72. The connection between the book and my life is my dad lives in the Keys for his job and in the book takes place in the Keys. I go to the Keys a lot and when Noah describes the Keys I can picture it well in my mind. Another thing that I connect with my book is me and Noah both like to fish.

I have just finished Hitlers Last Days by Bill O' Reilly. The book has almost no connection to my life but there is one thing. I am a strong believer that history will always repeat itself.
So there might be another huge leader like Hitler than might want to take over the world and everyone knows that the US is one of the biggest super powers of the world so why not start there. That would greatly effect my life.

One of my friends told me I should read that book apparently its very interesting.
Currently I am reading "So Human an Animal" by Rene Dubos. I am on page 52 as of today but I will pick up the paste on the rate I am reading. My book has many connections to my life, and when I say many I can connect anything really. (just an exaggeration) This certain book talks about what bad humans do up to the point I've read like how we act as if we are the last generation on Earth but we aren't. This connects to me since I am quite the philosopher and I do also wonder of life and why humans do such. It's just because many of us humans aren't observing our effects on this world.

The book im currently reading is called Alfred Kropp by Rick Yancey on page 35. I think this book connects to me because Alfred Kropp plays football. This connects to me because I play football for the Fort Clarke football team. Another connection is Alfred Kropp is really tall I can connect to this because im 6 foot at the age of 13. Also Alfred always gets yelled at by his coach and if you ask my teammates they know i get yelled at about everything.

The book I'm currently reading is Codex by Lev Grossman and I'm on page 97. This book connects to me because I really like mysterious codex or any kind of mystery. The second connection that I have with this book is that he's a banker and one of cousin is a banker too. The third connection I have with this book is that there are more books like this and I'm always wondering what happens at the end. And so far I'm loving this book and it's turning out amazing.

In my book Don't Look Behind You, the main character April is accusing her friend Jim of lying. I've had a multiple connections like this. One time my lil brother spent the night at my house and I had a Gatorade in the refrigerator the night before but next morning it wasn't there. My dad had already left for work so I couldn't say it was him but then again I didn't know, but I accused my brother anyway. He said he didn't drink it, I asked if he was lying and he said no so I had no choice but to believe him because I had no idea who it was.

Steve jobs would have difficulties of the computer that he invented to work and do what he wanted it to do what his mind was imaging it to do. But he did not give up he had many trials when I say many he had many, to make this product an success at the convention. Which this is related to my life by that I will never give up I will thrive and achieve to be the best of the best.

My book that I'm reading is SCAT by Carl Hiaasen and I'm on page 319. The way I have a connection is that we both love animals, I would have did the same thing to save that animal. Another connection I had with the main character is we both like to bail people out of stuff to help them out. My last connection with this book is we both need a little bit of help in science class, like paying attention.

I'm currently reading Evercrossed and I am on page 270. There's not exactly a connection with my life in this book. Although a few of the characters are daring and adventurous and I can be too, in art of the book they spend hours trying to connect with a ghost through Ouija boards. And the feelings that the main character (Ivy) has I can some what connect to.
One connection I have with my book "Catching Fire" is that I have to make some very difficult choices. In the book Katniss is always being faced with lying to the people about her love and relationships, and she's always asking her self "should I run away." In life in general I have to make difficult choices, and that's hardest part about everything, to make the right decision. Also that's the hardest thing that she has to choose is either to run away or lie to the people. I'm reading "Catching Fire" by Suzanne Collins, and I am on page 198.
