I just finished Going To Far by Jenifer Echols. If i could descibe this book in one word it would be DARING. It would be daring because in my book Meg gets arrested and ahe has to ride around in a police car with John, a 19 year old policeman. They push each other to the edge. Fighting, screaming at each other ALL the time but also stopping crimes.

I am reading a new book it is called the wish stealers. The author of my book is Tracy Trivas. The page I am currently on is pg. 15. The word that I would describe my book is fascinating, because it is a fantasy book. Also because I love fantasy books, they are also very interesting.

I am reading "The Son of Neptune" by Rick Riordan. I'm currently on page 38 because I haven't read in a few days. One word to describe my book is thrilling. I chose this words because it keeps you on your seat. I'm not very far through it and it's interesting from the first page and that's good because no one likes a book that takes forever to get interesting. Right from the beginning it started with a very important character that has been through so much and his memory is wiped. He doesn't remember any of the important things he did. All he remembers is his name and one other name: Annabeth.it's a fantastis book and i think anyone would like it.

llambert6 said...

IRivera2
Your book sounds intreging. I like how it's daring.

I love fantasy books too. That's the genre for my book.

I just finished The short 2nd life of Bree Tanner. one word i would descibe this book is Depresing because her boyfreind is killed and she does not know about her 1st life at all. she is in an army and is going to kill other people or vampiers. she thinks she is going to win because its 15 to 7 but she did not know there way better then all of them and skilled also and her army dies very quicky.

I just started a new book called Cinderella Cleaners by Swan Fake and I’m on page 5. I would say a word to describe my book is “Girly.” The reason why I would say it is girly is because the book cover is pink, the main character is a ballerina, and her dads’ salon was called Cinderella cleaners. She walks around her house with a pink robe. I am very girly this is why I love this book.

I just started a book called "The Trouble With Half a Moon." The author is Danette Vigilante and im on page 10. If I had to choose one word I would choose sorrow. The main character Dellie is feeling as if its her faullt her brother died. But once I get later into the book I think it may change up a bit because I just started the book.

I finshed my book "I Know What You Did Last Summer" by Lois Duncan. I would definitely describe my book as mysterious. Because it is trying to find out who sent them this creepy note and why all these terrible things are happening to them. It has alot of suprises that makes it mysterious as well.

rhale6 said...

@llambert6 Sounds interesting

rhale6 said...

@iriveria2 That sounds really creepy and mysterious i definitely read something like that

I just started the book The Juvie Three written by Gordon Korman. If I could describe this book it would be unpredictable. I think it would be unpredictable is that you never know what choices the juvenile delinquents would make and who it would effect. Like three boys all live in a halfway house in New York City and they just had an accident involving their mentor Douglas Healy. They all are trying to continue on without their mentor going as unnoticed as possible. They go through a lot just to undergo more problems.

wperkins6 said...

Irivera2 That seems like a good book I would love to try.

Asantacroce2 I heard of that book!

I am on page 208 in the book The Help. My book is written by Kathryn Stockett. One word to describe "The Help" is Risky. in this book the african american maids take risk in helping Skeeter write a book. Minny takes a risk by putting stuff that belongs in the toilet in a pie for revenge.
Skeeter takes a risk by going into an african american neighborhood. This book is outstanding. I dont like to read but this book keeps me wanting to read more and more.

I'm finished with Where I Belong By: Gwendolyn Heasley. If I could use one word to describe this book, it would be change. The reason I would put change for this book is because the main character, Corrine has to go through a lot of change. Corrine goes from living in New York to moving to Texas, and being rich to being normal. There's always a change for Corrine, because this is something that is hard for her to change which is turning her old life around.

I am reading a Journal of William Thomas Emerson by Barry Denenburg. The page I am on is page 76. If I had to describe my book in one word it would be mischievous. The reason is because they are sneaking around the British soldiers and doing bad things, and snooping in on conversations about rebellion. At one point he is laying down on the first floor while listening to gossip through cracks on the second.
Irivera2 That sounds like a good book.
smwilliams2 Ew that book sounds, well girly.

I have just started a book called "The Maze Runner." It is by James Dashner and I am on page seven(7). This book is a fantasy so it is awesome. I say its awesome because first, two other people have this book and second, this main character forgets what his last name is. This book also specifies about surviving.

Tebow Time by Jesse Hinds and I finished it. Religious because almost on every page it talks. about God and how Tim Tebow relates to the quote. I didn't know how much Tim Tebow was into God until I read the book. The book has a lot of details and is well written.

I am reading The Clockwork Three by Matthew J. Kirby and I am on page 12. If I had to choose one word that describes this book it would be suspenseful. I would choose this word because you are always wondering what will happen next, and when it does happen you never expect it. It always keeps me on the edge of my seat and I'm always trying to anticipate what will happen next. I look forward to reading the rest of this book.

I am currently reading Unwind by Neal Shusterman and I am on page 170. If I could use one word to describe this book it would be danger. I would use this word because the characters face many dangers. For example, the characters always face the danger of getting caught by the Juvey-cops. One character, Lev, also has the danger of having to live on his own without Risa or Connor. Risa and Connor also have the danger of getting into a fight with another Unwind named Roland who doesn’t like them.

He gives legal advice to other kids around his age.

They are very high class and they need everything in a specific girly way.

My book is “Swindle” by Gordon Korman. I am actually finished with the book and I really enjoyed it. The one word I would use to describe my book would be courageous. I would use this word because my main character I believe has to have a lot of courage to do some of the things he did. For example when all of the other members of their “heist team” were going to get in trouble the main character stepped up and tried to take all the blame which in my opinion take a lot of courage.

The book I am currently reading is the Trials of Kate Hope by Wick Downing, and I am on page 65. One word that best describes my book is depressing. The reason I choose this word is because it is currently talking about how Kate was going to go on the ski trip with her brother and her dad, and her dad said no. then her brother and her dad got in the car a drove away. Kate never saw them again because they slid off the road and died. I hope my book gets a little happier soon because what I have read so far isn’t even close.

I just finished Monster by Walter Dean Myers. If there was one word I would use to describe this book is trial, because the book takes place during a criminal case, when the criminal didn't really commit the crime, but is being falsely accused. So he is going through a personal trial because he may be facing a life sentence for something he did not do. Not only is he on trial, but, the State's attorney is one of the best, and the Defense doubts he didn't do it.
So everyone thinks he participated in the robbery of a drug store and the murder of its owner. Even he is unsure whether he thinks he participated in these crimes.

I used myterious because when I'm reading this book I feel like I'm in a spooky dark room with partial light. Right now I'm on page 22 and the book is already super interesting.

It’s crazy to me on how a bunch of ghost can raise a kid and not really know much about it.

The reason why I like this book is interesting is it's able to hold my attention and curiosity, which is hard. One reason why this book is interesting is that it shows how people used to live in the 1800s. Like how they travel now we travel in car when back in the 1800s they traveled in wagons.

This book has intriguing and unusual scenes with Mickey Cray and Derek Badger, his real name being Lee Bluepenny. One of the scenes was where Raven, Derek’s babysitter, nurse, chauffeur, bartender, courier, valet, personal groomer, amateur psychologist, and senior production assistant, wrapped a knife around Derek’s leg just in case anything happened while shooting a scene for Expedition Survival, Mickey grabbed the knife and threw it in the pond. Another scene was when Alice the gator attacked Derek because he was bothering Alice and Mickey jumps in the pond where she was resting and saved Derek who had minor damage to his legs.
