Zoo Break
Gordan Korman
PG.65
The Protagonist character in my story is Savannah Drysdal. she is a animal-smart person who's pet gets stolen. She rounds up a team to save Clea her chimpanzee. The antagonist character in my story is Mr.Natase. He is the one who stole cleo. he stole cleo and one day savannah went to a zoo with her class and found her chimpanzee yet Mr.Natase sas nothing and disregards her comments. i identify more with the protagonist becouse the protagonist is clearly the main character in the story.

I'm reading the Rescue by Nicholas Edwards and I’m on page 159. The protagonist in my book is Emily. I think she is the protagonist because she saved Zach, her dog and gave him a home to live in. I believe Zacks health is the antagonist because it’s causing Zack pain and is keeping him from doing things a dog would normally do, like running and playing fetch. I identify more characteristics with the protagonist because I knew right away that Emily was perfect for the spot where on the other hand with the antagonist it took me a minute to think of something.

Kingdom Keepers
Ridley Pearson
Page: 60
My book, Kingdom Keepers has many antagonist characters and they’re all in one group. You see all of the Disney’s evil characters (for example captain hook of Peter Pan) have all teamed up to try and take over the park. The Protagonist character is Finn. He is an Orlando teen, who has dreams of the antagonists trying to take over the park. He has to try and stop them before it's too late. I identify more with the Protagonist (Finn).

Eoin Colfer
PG.229
The protagonist in my book is obviously Artemis Fowl.He saves the world from mythical creatures and evil demons. The antagonist in my book is easily the demon who tries to kill people and take over the world. Artemis gets in a big mess with this demon and has to stop it. I identify more with the protagonist because he does certain things and you can instantly idntify it's good.

I am reading The Girls by Lori Lansens, but there wasn't really an antagonist so I decided to do this blog on the other book that I am reading. I am reading Harry Potter and The Prizoner of Azkaban as well. It is written by J.K. Rowlling and I am currently on page 98. Harry Potter is the protagonist and Lord Voldemort is the antagonist. Harry is the protagonist and Voldemort is the antagonist because Harry is trying to defeat Voldemort and Voldemort is trying to reign over all. Voldemort thinks he is everything and he wants all to bow down to him. Harry is trying to defeat him because he is the darkest wizard who killed Harry's parents and is trying to kill him. I identify more with the protagonist because I am more controlled and just and fair like Harry. Where as Voldemort is stuck up and wants nothing more than power.

The Antagonist of the story is the mean mustard lady who tries to take Hollis away from her foster parent, Josie. I identify more with the Protagonist because the protagonist is the main character in the story.

The Protagonist in my story is Bethany. I know that Bethany is the protagonist because she is the main character and everything revovles against her. The obstacle she is facing is why her parents left her stranded with her "aunt". The antagonist in this book is her "aunt" Myrlie. She is the antagonist because she is stopping Bethany from finding out why she is trapped with her "aunt". I am a protagonist because i dont really stop people from doing what they want.

I am reading Perfect by Natasha Friend. I am currently on page 7. So far the protagonist is the main character Isabelle. She has a younger sister named April (aka Ape Face) who used to be the nicest little angel. Now she is the exact opposite. April would be the antagonist in the story. She catches Isabelle forcing herself to throw up and then tells her mom and Isabelle is punished. I identify more with the protagonist because the protagonist is the main character in the story.

My book is Water For Elephants. I am on page 152. I think the protagonst in my book is Jacob. Jacob is a vet for the circus and will do anything for animals. I think the antagonists is August. August is in a higher ranking then Jacob and is nice to him at sometimes but is really mean other times. One time because Jacob stood up to August,August tried to feed him to a lion. I think August is a really mean person, he is really mean to his wife too. I think I identify better with Jacob. Jacob seems to wonder about things in life like me.

I feel as if it doesn't matter how old she is, or if Josh was dead or not Mr. and Mrs. Prescott don't have the rite to just come and take her baby that's just not fair.

I am reading a book called the less dead, by April Lurie. I am on page.145. In my book i really don't know who the protagonist is. The reason is because my book is about young guys get killed. The antagonist in my book is Will. The reason is because he is the one that found his friend dead in the in the woods and called the police. He is also kinda of the protagonist because his friend that died had a notebook that he wrote stuff in, and when Will found him dead in the woods he took the book and did not tell anyone bout it. In this book all the young guys that get killed are all gay. The killer goes for gay people only, no one is able to find out why.

I am reading Holes by Louis Sachar and I am currently on page 145. The protagonist in my book is Stanley Yelnats. Stanely is the protagonist because he is the main character and he always is facing new difficulties. The antagonist. would have to be either Stanley's bad luck from his no good pig stealing great-great grandfather or the Warden. Stanley's bad luck always puts him in the wrong place at the wrong time and even causes his arrest and the Warden is selfish and uses other people to do stuff for her. I identify most with the antagonist probably because Stanley isn't really special at all and I tend to sometimes use other people to do stuff for me.

My book is called Rules of Attraction. The author is Simmone Elkeles. I just finished my book. The protangonist in the book is Kiara Westford beacuse she is the nicest girl in the school and she always makes good grades. Carlos Fuentes is the antagonist because he is sent to live with the principal of he school, Mr. Westford, and since Kiara is his mentor at school he always acts like it's torture to be around her. He also makes fun her a lot because she stutters. Later in the book though, Kiara sees that Carlos has a kind side to him and that he really isn't the bad guy at all. Carlos was the antagonist at first but then later on in the story he becomes the nice, caring gentleman. I'm reading the book "Keeping the Moon". The author is Sarah Dessen and I have just finished the book. The protagonist in this book is a fifteen-year old girl named Colie. She has no friends except for two people she just met. There names are Morgan and Isabella, they are best friends that tell each other everything. They teach Colie what friendship is and they help Colie find out who she really is. Colies mom's name is Kiki Sparks, a famous exercise trainer. During this book she is having a world tour. Colie is staying with her aunt and her aunt’s friend. I feel that there is more about Colie than the author tells you. You just have to figure it out on your own. The antagonist is a girl that tries to make Colie's life miserable. Her name is Caroline Dawes. Colie and Caroline see each other and Caroline starts talking about her bad and calling her really bad names that I can't say on here. I feel that Caroline hates Colie and likes to make fun of her because she is jealous. I feel like Caroline is jealous of Colie's mom and because Colie is really pretty. If Colie took her lip ring off and put less makeup on Caroline would get really mad and just back down. But at the end of the book Colie figures out who she really is and likes it that way.

The book i am reading is Snatched by Pete Hautman and Mary Logue.I am done with the book now. The antagonist is Alicia's step mom because she has been abusing Alicia and is the main conflict of all these chaos. The protagonist is Brian and Roni because they solved the case by there self. I identyify more characteristics with the protagonist because i knew right away that that Brian and Roni fits that category.

In this book, the main protagonists are Magnus, and Ahriman, his second in command. They're pretty much just trying to meet their own goals. The Antagonist would be Lemun Russ, Magnus' brother. After accidently killing some of Russ's men, he swore that he would pay for their lives in blood, and since Russ is known to be a psychotic, bloodthirsty killing machine, things aren't really looking good for Magnus.

My book is Eggs by Jerry Spinelli and I am finished with the book. In this boook the protagonist is David. He always helps out Primerose and is there for her whenever she needs him. The antagonist is David's grandmother. She is always trying to stop him from doing the right things. I identified more with the Protagonist because the protagonist David is the main character in the story.

The book I am reading is Lucky. The author is Rachel Vail, and I am on page 20. The protagonist is Phoebe. She is the protagonist because the story is written in her words and what she sees. She is also the protagonist because she really wants her 8th grade year to be perfect. The antagonist is Anne. I think she is the antagonist because she can not afford her and her friends end of the year party.

My book is called frenemies and it's written by:L divine. The protagonist in my book is this girl named Jayd. She's the protagonist because she's the main character. The antagonist is this girl named Tania, and she'e the antagonist because she is rude and evil. She's also pregnate by Jayd's boyfreind. I identify the protagonist more because she's way nicer.

I reading TurnAbout by Margaret Peterson Haddix, I am on page 80. The Protagonist is Melly and she is turning young than old. There is not a person who is the Antagonist but I think her problem is this story is turning young.I idenitify more with the Protagonist because I dont want to keep getting younger.

scrossley4 said...

Gcosta3, I agree with identifing with the Protagonist because stealing is not right. Also, I like animals too.

the book is hot sour salt sweet by Sherri smith. I am on page 162. The protagonist is not only the main character but the family too. They are all trying to help her get a dinner ready for the family and guests. The antagonist is Mr. Tabata because he is thought to be mean to Ana Shen.

scrossley4 said...

lkarstrom,my book is the same way it took me a minute to think of the Protagonist because i did not read about anyone against my main charater Melly.

The protagonist of my story is Matthias. He is a homeless 3rd world child left alone. He is taken care of by another homeless person named Samuel. He is about 13years old. (undetermined) The Antagonist is the Population Police. They are a deadly threat that oppose Matthias and his friends.

The protagonist character in my book Hoot is Roy. He is a new kid in the school in Florida. He just moved from Montana. The antagonist in my book is Dana. He is a big bully who picks on Roy and doesn't show anyone much respect. Roy is obviously the protagonist because it shows how he sees things. I knew Dana was the antagonist because he picks on Roy and is kind of like the bad guy in the story.

I am reading the book Slam by Walter Dean Myers and I am on page 16.The protagonist in my books name is Greg. He is the protagonist because the book is written in his point of view. The antagonist is probably his coach because the coach is setting him back even though he knows that he is the best on the team. I identify more cleary with the protagonist because he is the story and pretty much every other sentence is about him.

The protagonist in my book is Harry Potter you can tell because he's a very friendly person and he's the most important character in the book.
The antagonist is Voldemort. He clearly wants Harry Potter dead which isn't nice at all. I'm probably more like the protagonist because even I'm not that evil.

The last song '
Nicolas Sparks

The protagionist and antagonist is the same character in my eyes. Ronnie is the main character who has issues with her mom's new fiance or her "stepdad". This is all because her parents got a divorce and her dad left, so she blames him for everything. The mom is forcing Ronnie and her little brother to go spend the summer with her dad. Ronnie does not like this idea and is trying any and everything to get her out of staying with her dad. At the beginning she starts out as the antagonist and by the end of the book when her dad dies she tunns into the protagonist. She was the only thing blocking her from knowing her dad and cherishing his last few months alive.
