I have currently finished the book Wolves of the beyond Shadow wolf by Kathryn Lasky. One cuase is if Falon hadnt tripped in the byrgiss he would not have had to work so hard on carving his bone. If heep didnt make that annoying sound with his teeth falon would not have fell. He missed his cue to go after the moose and he fell when he tried to catch back up so he was given a low score.
I am currently reading "Beastly". The author is Alex Flinn, and I am on page 100. A cause and effect situation in this book is that when Kyle treated Kendra wrong by standing her up at the dance she turned Kyle into a beast.The effect would be different because it he had tryed to be nice and go to the dance with her she wouldn't have did that. But she gave him another chance because if he can get someone to fall in love with him for the way he is, he will change back.
I am currently reading "shattered" by Paul Langon. Im on page 95. The cause of this book is that Darcy (the main character) made a mistake and lied for the longest and doesnt know how to deal with it. The effect is that she gets into deep trouble and probably is never going to make another mistake ever again.
I am currently reading The Last Olmypian by Rick Riordan. I'm on page 73 and this is the last book of the Percy Jackson and the Olympians series. The cause is having to fight in this huge war against the Gods and the Titans, effects people's lives becuse they have to deal with the death of their loved ones. For example, when Percy goes on a missions to take down Luke, a leader for the Titans, he takes Charles Beckendorf with him and he passes away. so, his girlfriend Silena back at Camp Half Blood has to deal with his death. The effect would change if the war had never started and the Titans were trying to kill percy because they knew he had a prophecy when he turned 16 to kill all the Titans.
The book i am currently reading The Forerunner saga's Halo:Cryptum, by Greg Bear. One major cause and effect situation i can draw from my book lies deep in the setting and plot of the story. Many years prior to the books current setting, the character referred to as the Didact was exiled by the Forerunners ruling government at the time. In his absence, the primary political figure, Master Builder Faber whom was responsible for his exile, gained even more power and corrupting the Forerunner Ecumene. Had things been different, and the Didact not been exiled. The story would be greatly altered as far as the main plot.
Ok so I finished Bambi over the break its by Felix Salten. One morning it had been raining and it was foggy and Bambi walked onto the meadow like he normally did and was shot in the shoulder. The cause is it was foggy and the effect is Bambi was shot. I didnt really enjoy this book because mainly its about a deer growing up, but thats me. I hope to find a new enjoyable book soon.
I am currently reading Out of my Mind. I am on the 5th Chaoter I got this for Christmas and wanted to read it right away. I am not that far into my book but I feel depressed reading it. The Cause is the girl in my book has a deises which makes her parralyzed she cannot pick up anything not even a t.v. remote. She is really smart but she can't talk she can't say one word. Which leads a doctor into thinking she is mentally retarded. She wants to go to school but the doctor tells her parent to foget about her and send her to a handicap school, and all of that is because she can't talk. This book really gets me down but hopefully it will end happily.

Are the Percy Jackson serious any good?
tgarrison2...I know that there are tons of books about wolves would you or have you ever read a diffrent book on wolves from a seperate author? If so, did you enjoy it?
The book i currently just finshed was a called dragons bait.The effect of it was the towns people marching one by one into her shop and accuseing her of being a witch.The cause of this is that she is sent to be eaten by a dragon and the dragon is friendly .She want revenge on the towns people for sending her to her dealth.Then before she is about to she remember her father being sick and in the town so can she kill her father or not kill the town and always want revenge?!
@tgarrison2
did you enjoy reading your book
the book i am currently reading is diary of a wimpy kid: cabin fever by jeff kinney, and i am on page 37. a cause and effect situation would be the playground equipment being removed because of saftey issues. the effect is that playground equipment is being removed because people are getting hurt on them. if the cause was people being carful or the school paying for damages,then the equipment wouldn't be removed. the equipment is removed because the school is tired of paying for damages.
pdixon6: that deer is going to die
sbogue2: scince holly wood is runing out of ideas, and they already made a movie of the first one, i thing the movie for this one cam be pretty edictable.
I've currently finished «The Catcher in the Rye» by J. Salinger. The main Cause and Effect situation in this book is the expulsion from the school of the main character, whose name is Holden. This is the cause. And the effect of this is that Holden come back home and fell in different situations. I really enjoy this book and I like discussions and thoughts of the main character.
jdiehl6
I thing your book is very interesting and exiting! I thing I saw a film that looks like this book.
awilson2
Is it book interesting?
the book i'm currently reading is called falling from grace bvy S.L. Naeole. I'm currently on page 269. The cause of my book is that grace's friend Graham stops hanging out with her because he started dating the person that made Graces life miserable from the beginning. The effect was that she was fortunate enough to meet the love of her life, a wingless angel, Robert Bellegarde. who changes her life forever.
@tgarrison2 if you like wolf books the linger series is completely awesome you should read it.
The diary of the wimpy kid series is really dumb to me
jdiehl6, that sounds like an intersting book i would read it.
tgarrison2 how far along in the book are you.
i have just finished the percy jackson books and the cause of the book is that a young boy is part god. And the effect ias that every god wants him dead. If you like to read adventure book then you shopuld really read these books.
The book I am currently reading is The Lying Game by Sara Shepard. An example of a cause and effect situation in my book would be the cause is Emma and Sutton switch places, so Emma lives Sutton's life and Sutton pretends to be Emma to go and find their birthmother. I'm currently on page 15, which is not far into the book, but it's already a page turner. The author Sara Shepard also is the author of the Pretty Little Liar series, and that is my favorite book series.
The book I am currently reading is Twilight by Stephanie Meyer. I am currenly on page 490, so I am almost done with the book. A cause that would be in this book is that Bella moves to Forks and the effect is that she falls in love with Edward. If she never moved to Forks, she would have never met Edward and the story would not go on like it does. There would be a totally different plot.
sbogue2,
Would you read this book again?
The book I am currently reading is Fast Forward by Celeste O. Norfleet and I am on page 34. One cause is that the main character Kenisha got into a fight with one of the mean girls named courtney and one effect could be she almost got expelled from her private school. The effect would change if Kenisha would have never got into a fight she would have never got in trouble and she wouldnt have to go to emotional therapy for anger management.
bferguson2,
Is this a book you would read again? And who would you reccomend this to?
I am currently reading the book 13 Reasons Why by Jay Asher. Right now I am on page 126 and this book is very creepy and sad. An exapmle of cause and effect is one of the main characters Hannah commits suicide because people did things to her. The cause is people were mean to Hannah and the effect is she commited suicide. The effect could have been changed if people weren't so mean to Hannah because she would'nt have felt bullied and wouldn't have died.
I just finished reading Extras by Scott Westerfeld. A cause and effect situation in my book was when Aya had to make a choice to either kick a story on the sly girls or to keep their secret. Aya decided to kick the story. The effect was the sly girls found out and got mad at her. If she had decided to keep the secret then they would of all still be friends.
@SNetherland,
That sounds really sad. :(
BFerguson,
Those books are amazing! Are you going to read the next one?
Jfox,
It is!
Tgarrison2
Why did he have to carve his bone? Is he a wolf or is he wanting moose because its his favorite?
Awilson2
Id its just a mistake why is he not going to do something again? Did it end in major consequences?
I just finished the book The Starnge Case Of Oragami Yoda. This book was ok but i wouldn't reccomend it to many people, unlees your reading it with a friend just for jokes. I read this book with Sachi Pena. One of the characters named Harvey went to the bathroom early in the morning and accidentally spilled water on his pants. As soon as he walked out of the bathroom everybody started making fun of him and saying that he peed himslef. I he wouldn't have gone to the bathroom in the morning nobody would have thought that he peed his pants. Also if he had an extra change of colthes, everything would have been better.
Jdale2: I saw the movie and loved it. Do you think that i should read it if i liked the movie?
@ bferguson2
Are you good at The Lying Game? Did you enjoy the book
I am starting a book called Shanghaied by David Paul Collins and am on page 13. Jack decided that he wanted to travel at 15 and because of this he ran away from home at 3 in the morning. If he hadn't had the guts to he wouldn't have left. Also if his mother had said something about the way he acted he wouldn't have been able to leave her, but none of this happened. Also It would change if he deciided he didn't want to leave his house and family that he loved so much, he would be at home. It is a true story and i think one of thes should have happened since it is terrible to leave your family.
sbogue2
I remember you talking about reading those books, do you like them so far?
I am currently reading The Black Book of Secrets by F.E. Higgins and I am on page 27. The cause would be that Ludlow kicked his dad in the stomach while Barton Gumbroot (the tooth surgeon), was pulling out Ludlow’s teeth. One effect would be that Barton couldn’t sell Ludlow’s teeth, so he didn’t get any money. This effect would’ve changed if Ludlow didn’t kick his dad and run away; therefore Barton could’ve had more money. I think Ludlow did the right thing to run away because I couldn’t handle someone pulling out ALL of my teeth!
Jdale2:
That sounds like an intense book! I was thinking about checking it out, but now I know what I want to read next!
Jdiehl6:
I hope they realize, at the end, that she is very intelligent! Is it based on a true story?
Jdale2,
That sounds like a really good book and I think he deserved what happened to him.
@Jdale2- I heard that book was good and you should let me have it soon.
sbouge2,
I've only read the first one but I can't wait to read the rest of the series especially the last one.
bferguson2, do you watch the series? I loved it in the beginning and then I kept forgetting to watch! Is the book a lot better than the series? Is it one of your favorites?
snetherland,
That sounds really sad.
anichols2, do you like this bok a lot? Do you plan on reading the other books in the series? Is this one of your favorite series?
@bferguson2- I love that book, and you did nice on explaining your problem.
The book I am currently reading is "Shattered". The author of my book is Paul Langan. I'm currently on page 19. A cause and effect situatin is Darcy was unfocused so she miscounted a customers money and gave back the wrong change.If she was focused she would have given the customer the right change.
The book i am curremtly reading is Rules. The author of my book is Cythia Lord. The current page that i am on is 49. A cause effect in my book is when Catherine draws Jason and gives the picture to him and then jason wants to make catherine draw more pictures for him. If Catherine did not have drawn the picture of jason then jason would not want Catherine to draw for him.
I have seen the movie Beastly and now they have a book.
sbogue2 did a good jod on telling the cause and effect on her book.
spena6 did a good job on describing the cause and effect situation in her book.
have just started to read a really good by Nicholas Sparks and the book is called The guardian. im currently on page 27. One cause is that Julies' husband dies. The effect is that Julie gets a dog to replace her husband because she was so upset. I absolutly love this this book you should deffinitly read it.
I'm currently reading Twilight by Stephanie Myers, I'm almost half way done! A cause and affect could be that Bella moved to Forks, WA... Then she met Edward. Another affect could be when she found out that Edward was a vampire, so then they got into big trouble with other, MEAN vampires. This book is very good, read it then watch the movie!
JAMIE DEWIITY
That dose sound like a book you would read :O
Jdale2: Isn't that a movie? Hope it's good!
AWILKERSON thats dose sound like a good book!!!
I am currently reading Artemis Fowl The time paradox by Eoin Colfer. I am currently on page 368. One cause and effect scenario is that Artemis's mother is sick so he has to go back in time to find a monkey that has a cure. If he didn't run into Opal Koboi she would not be chasing him.
Jdale2, your book sounds interesting.
sbogue2, your book sounds exciting.
I am currently reading This World We Live In by Susan Beth Pfeffer. One cause in my book is that a tornado hit the small town of Howell. The effect of that was that Mirranda and some of her family got trapped under some rubble. If the tornado had missed her house then she and her family would still be living in their two houses.
jdale,I have heard of that book before. Even though i have never read it.
jdewitt, i do not like those books
tggarrison2, It' s kinda hard to find the book title and author because it does not have proper puntuation.Good book though!
I am currently reading the Lightning Thief by Rick Riordan. An example of cause and effect in the story is when Percys mom tell him to run without her or grover and the effect is he made his mom come with him so she died. if he made the desicion to listen to his mom then she wouldnt have died.
@ Jdale2, have you seen the movie? Is the book realy different?
tgarrison2, I read that book before. I sort of liked it. How did you like it?
The book i am reading is eldest.The author is christopher paloni. Im on page 457. A cause was that eragon made a portrate of arya. arya through the portrait to the ground and ran away.
The book I'm currently reading is The Limit by Kristen Landon.
A cause and effect situation in the book is that because the main character's mother overspent her money and went over the "Limit", he was whisked away to a prison-like camp that would keep him working there until the debt was repaid.
However, if his mom didn't overspend, then he would have never had to go to the camp in fe first place.
@tgarrison2
My favorite animals are wolves.
and sparkledogs, but those aren't real.
everyonelovesasparkledog.
SNetherland
Sounds sad!
@Jdale2
love stories are always so cliche, but at least they're original.
thisbooksoundsoriginal.
lolno.
I am reading the book called The Roar. I am currently on page 306 and the author is Emma Clayton. The cause of this book is that Mika lost his older sister named Ellie.
So Mika gets into a tournament of different tests in order to find his sister Ellie.
Now every once and a while Mika will get hints from strangers telling him not to finish competing too.
@tgarrison 2 is the book about wolves?
@Awillson2 its never good to lie and just go along with it.
my book that i am currently reading is dark life the aouthor is kate falls. the cause, my faorite chasrachter ty is having a hard time doing things. the effect, not fitting in very well.
tgarrison2 that book sounds really good
jdale2 that sounds like a cool book.
I'm currently reading World War II Heros by Allan Zullo and I'm on page 70. Like when Doss, a medic, decided to not use a gun in shooting practice; his squad started to harrass him. If he decided to carry the gun he would be accepted by his comrads but may feel disgrace for what he had done. If Doss didn't save the last wounded soilder he would've felt bad and be discouraged my the military for leaving the soilder out.
I am currently reading the book,Twisted by Sarah Shepard. I am on page 210. One cause is when Emily believes that this girl,Hanna, Aria,and Spencer see in Jamacia is their child-hood friend,Alison who is supposedly dead. The effect is they push the girl off the building because they think she is trying to kill them.This book is a part of the Pretty Little Liars series.
@tgarrison2
Thats sounds like a cool story bro
@JDale2
That sounds like a great book.
tgarrison2:
that sounds like a good book!
JDale2:
That movie was amazing!
I am currently reading Warriors Omen of the Stars:The Forgotten Warrior by Erin Hunter. I am currently on page 237. Jayfeather has just shown Cinderheart her past, back when she was Cinderpelt. Cinderpelt had her dream snached away when she was hit by a monster (car) on the thunderpath (road, which was a trap set up by Tigerclaw. She has dreamed of being a warrior, having a mate, and being a mother. Since Starclan reincarneted Cinderpelts spirit as Cinderheart, they have given her another chance.Since Yellowfang became so distracted by the affairs of the dark forest, she told Jayfeather to reveal Cinderhearts past to her because the clan needs a second medicine cat.
The book im currenlty reading is My Sisters Keeper by Jodi Picoult.
One cause of the book is that kate falls ill and gets cancer and the effect is that she needs a bone marrow donor, which her twin sister gives her.
JDale2
I think that is a movie. .-.
A feast for Crows by George R.R. Martin, Page 477
One effect that has occured in my book is that a wildling woman named Gilly had to switch her child for a King's newborn son so the boy would not be killed. Since she did this, the ride across the sea has been terrible for her because every time Sam mentions how happy she will be with her son, she knows that the child she has is not hers. If she had chosen not to protect the youmg Prince, the event would have been m,uch happier
That's not how the movie went...
I am currently reading the extrordinary adventures of alfred kropp. This book is by Rick Yancey. One cause is Alfreds uncle is hired to steal a sword from a rich dude. The effect is the uncle is killed. he would not have died if he did not steal the sword.
57 - wanted mud blossom- the cause was the boy worked hard. so the effect was he took the hamster home. if the boy did not work as hard he would not be the effect.
The book I just finished is called Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins. The book is 400 pages long. One of the causes and effects is when Katniss goes into her old house and finds a rose from President Snow. That rose was a threat. The effect is that Katniss started to panic. If she never went into the room with the rose, she wouldn't panic, but then she wouldn't know that President Snow was threatening her.
tgarrison2,
I have read the first book of The Lone Wolf. It was really interesting and creative.
Jdale2,
I have seen the movie Beastly!
I have just finished reading Killer Pizza by Greg Taylor. The cause and effect situation in my book is Toby got a job at killer pizza. Where he found out he was going to be an Monster command officer in training.If Toby said no to Harvey the killer pizza's manager then he would never had experienced becoming an MCO. This book was very interesting and I reccomend it to anyone who likes a suspenseful story.
Jdale2,Have you seen the movie? I heard its really good, if so is the book or movie better?
Jdiehl6,that book sounds interesting I might read it soon,Hope your enjoying it.
jdale2
I've read that book its an amazing book and you should continue reading it.
sbouge2
that series is awesome and adventurous
you should read the lost hero and the son of Neptune
The book I am currently reading is Pushing Pause. By Celeste O. Norfleet. I am on page 172. The cause of my book is Kenisha gets upset with her mother because she has to move. The effect is her mother slapped her and she ran and had a asthma attack.
jdiehl6: I think that is a book i will definently want to read.
crichardson2: I really want that book.
I'm currently reading A Crack in the Sky by Mark Peter Hughes. And I'm also on page 70. One cause might be that be that Eli saw the fake sky spark and explode. Because of this he discovered an ancient paper book in an alcove where an outsider was hiding and was able to get his family to admit something was wrong with the sky. If he had never seen the sky burst there would be no plot to the book.
@JDale2
I didn't know the movie was first a book, or is this a movie novel?
@sbogue2
I love that series.
I finished the book Harry Potter and the Order of the Pheonix, by J.K. Rowling. Harry believed the image that was planted into his mind by Voldemort was real. This caused him to fly to the ministry to save his godfather, with his friends following. If Harry had decided to push the vision from his mind, he wouldn't have needed to fly to the ministry of magic. If Harry had learned occlumency he would not have believed the vision. Flying to the ministry caused his godfather, Sirius, to die.
JDale2;
Is that the book that was made into a movie?
tgarrison2;
That sort of reminds me of the hunger games when they were being scored. Is the book anything like the Hunger games?
I am currently reading Airball My Life in Briefs by, L.D. Harkrader. I am on page 193. One cause is that the main character's (Kirby Nickel) basketball team is scared to play because they fear messing up an being embarrassed in front of a crowd. The effect is that Kirby's coach makes the team wear nothing but boxers. This makes their basketball super embarrassed, so now they are not worried about messing up on the court so they play better. If Kirby's team did not wear boxers they would still be afraid of embarrassment, which would result in losing games.
@asellers5 Does your book take place in the future?
@tgarrison2 Is your book told from a wolve's point of veiw?
Iam currently reading copper sun. The author is Shannon Draper. I'm on page 146. Cause: The people were in there village: Effect: They were captured by another village. The effect might change if they can get away.
awilson2: you have been rading that book for months.
nmongo2: you and ashley are reading the same book
I'm reading Mockingjay by Suzanne Colins and I'm currently on page three hundred and twelve. An example of a cause in my book would be how Peeta makes the decision to protect Katniss in the games, instead of himself. By protecting Katniss, the effect is Peeta having his memories changed by the capitol. The capitol takes his loving memories of Katniss and makes them seem as if she is evil with the use of tracker jacker venom. Tracker jackers are these types of wasps that have been genetically manufactured to rearrange your memories.
sbouge2, I started that series and got to book four then quit. But, now I wish I would have kept reading because of how amazing the last book sounds.
jdeihl6, That book sounds really interesting, but depressing at the same time. I bet it'll end with her getting to go to a school she wants to go to and she'll find a way to talk.
The book I am currently reading is called The Bully. The author is Paul Langan. I am currently on page 113. One cause is because Darrell's mom lost her job they had to move and Darrell got bullied. If Darrell's mom wouldn't have lost her job they wouldn't have never moved and Darrell would have never gotten bullied. Can't wait to read the ending.
Khaldeman2 cool book good luck trying to put it down
amanibusan6 I have never here of that book before but it sounds cool.
The book I have is hatchet. I have finished this book wich makes this blog easier. It's illustrated. By Gary paulson. The cause and effect in chose was. The pilot had a heart attack so the plane crashed. If the pilot never have past away Brian would have never been stranded in the forest.
Awilson2 do u think the author could have turned this into a good cause an effect
awilson2 Does your book remind you of pretty little liars
Scottr5 I agree... it does sound cool
my book is brians song. it is written by william blinn. i am currently done with the book. my cause and effect situation is gale drives with out lookin and gets in a car rec. if he watched what he was doin then he would be fine instead of being parralized waste down.
dmedyk6 that books good
mmcclenden5 hachet is beast
Im currently reading Far North by Will Hobbs.I am currently pn page 23 One of the effects in this book is is that Gabe becomes trapped in the wlderness with his friend Raymond, because he was late to the plane. In the book the main effect is what will happen to them in the wilderness. The cause of that is Clint has to stop in the middle of his flight cause of daylight.
sbogue2,
nice book choice, the percy jackson series is one of the best.
Pdixon6,
Sounds like an older novel.
lwooley5, thats a good book !
Jdale2, thats also a movie. You should watch it sometime its a really good movie.
The book I am currently reading is Gregor the Overlander by Suzanne Collins, and I am on page 88.The cause of the book was when the main character Gregor loses his sister in his apartment in New York. The result is when he falls down a tunnel and finds the Underland. This city underground has been there for hundreds of years and has had few visits from "overlanders" like Gregor and his sister. If he had not looked for his little sister in the laundry room, he would not have found the underland or his sister.
I am currently reading Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone by J.K. Rowling. I am on chapter 11, page 186. Harry gets a letter from Hogwarts School Of Witchcraft and Wizardry, but his uncle Vernon wouldn't let him read it. He them pouts, and then is sent to his "room" Then, he gets another letter, and then another, and then thousands of letters, all sent by owls!But his Ucle Vernon still wont let him read the letters. The effect of him not reading the letters, is, to mak sure that he got the letters, Hagrid goes to their house, and picks up Harry to bring him to Hogwarts. It is a great book and (even after 2 times of reeading it) it is hard to put down!!!
astine2, did you enjoy the book?
ASellers5 ,
That sounds really interesting! Do you like it??
JDiehl6, that book sounds really sad! So other than that, do you like it?
I am currently reading Copper Sun by Sharon M. Draper. I am on page 47. A cause is Kwasi climbed in the tree trying to get some coconuts.The effect is is he almost fell put of the tree.If Kwasi would have listened to his older sister,Amari, He wouldn't have almost fell out of the tree.
Tgarrison2, your book seems very interesting and i am wondering what's it about. I hope you enjoyed it.
Jdale2, I heard that book was good and so was the movie. I still havewn't seen the movie yet.
BBedel6, That Hunger Games series is the coolest book series I have ever read! Although the plot of the story is kind of sad and maddening, I really like it!
Im reading Marry Poppins by P.L. Travers and im on page 72. One cause and effect situation is that since Ms. Lark likes to spoil her dog, Andrew, Andrew wants to be like other dogs, which is why he made a dog friend and made ms. Lark let his new friend live with them. If Ms. Lark had treated Andrew normaly, he wouldn't have run away and roamed around the Park with his dog friend, and 'talked' to street dogs.
@SLaw5 - so is Underland a magical place or is it more realistic, like underlanders just live underground.
I am currently reading "Eleventh Grade Burns" by Heather Brewer.I'm on page 92 currently. The book has a troubled vampire boy in it going through a tough time. He recently broke up with his girlfriend ,who he had liked for years, to keep her safe. To keep her safe from both him, and people that are trying to kill him. A cause in the story so for is him breaking up with his girlfriend and the effect would be her being very mad at him. Mainly for not giving her a reason why he was dumping her. But if the cause was to be different and he did not dump her, she would still be in love with him. However she would also be in harm's way

Bbedell,
That sounds like a very interesting book
sbogue2,
That sounds like a good, action packed book
I just finished the book Breaking Dawn by Stephenie Meyer. I am not on a page because i finished the book. One cause and effect was that Bella married Edward, and that made Jacob mad. If she wouldn't of married Edward, Jacob probably would not have gotten made and flipped out. And he would of been happy.
tgarrison2,
That sounds complicated.
i am currently reading the city of ember.by jeanne duprau i am currently on page 233. a cause and effect situation in my book is
the effect situation is that because lena and doon goes to the under ground. they start to discover lots of things while there down there such as an dead body of the previous generator woprker. they then start to find pieces to a puzzle after piecing the puzzle together they then find the way top get out of the city of ember...
(it was a dark place)
The book I am currently reading is EVERLOST by Neal Shusterman and I'm on page 198.
One main effect of this book is that Nick and Allie got caught halfway between life and death, in a sort of limbo known and Everlost.
The cause of this effect is their family were (Nick's family and Allie's family. They didn't even know each other until there was an car accident) were driving on a hairpin turn, above the dead forest and crashed each other. Unfortunately, Nick and Allie fall in to the dead forest. In other words, they died.
If there wasn't any kind of accident or they just stayed at home, they didn't had to die and miss their family.
sbogue2, that book sounds really interesting and it's so sad that they have to deal with the death of their loved ones.
jdiehl6, your comment is making me to read that book! I feel kind of bad when the doctor tells her parent to forget about her and send her to a handicap school just because she can't talk.
'I am currently reading a book called Through the Hidden Door by Rosemary Wells, and I'm on page 128. A cause in my book is that Barney's friends wanted to cheat off of his notes for an exam and he said no. The effect of this is that his friends got angry and stole his notes from his room while he was sleeping and probably were planning to get him in trouble with them if they got caught. If Barney had decided to give them the notes when they asked for them, then they would have been a lot nicer and would most likely not try and get him in trouble. Either way Barney's so called "friends" would have taken the notes to cheat off of them anyways.
SNetherland, I'm curious.... what made you decide to read a creepy book like that?
NPegg2, I like how you just blatantly said that his mom died, you were like and so she died. By the way, is that book very similar to the movie?
title: The Son of Neptune
author: Rick Riordan
page: 395
Frank had to get away from a army of ogres. because of that, his house got burnt down along with his grandmother. if he chose to fight the ogres, two different things could've happened. one: possibly the house wouldn't have been burnt and the ogres would be dead- for a short time anyway. or two: he would be the ogre's dinner.
@Jdale2
Sounds like a interesting conflict. i'll see about reading Beastly to see if he can do it.
@sbogue2
I read that book, and it's one of my favorites in the series. I miss Beckendorf though...
Tgarrison2 that book sounds interesting is it fantasy or realistic fiction?
I am currently reading Ghost in the Machine by Patrick Carlson. I am on page 154 and the cause is that Ryan followed Sarah into the dredge. The effect is that Ryan fell off the dredge will being persued by dead old Joe Bush. He is also not allowed to see Sarah ever again. He is currently investigating the secret society of the crossbones.
jdale2 is it like the movie or did it come after the movie?
tgarrison2, your book sounds very interesting.
Jdale2, wasn't that book made into movie?
The book I am currently reading is Whisper in the Dark by Joseph Bruchac and I am on page 87. A cause in the story is when the phone first started to ring and Maddy answered it. She at first thought it was her friend Brittany who was playing a joke on her but then thought it was her friend Roger. But it was actually The Whisper in the Dark. The effect is that it carved "I Am Here" on her door. It also attacked her dog and almost killed her. I think that if Maddy would not have answered the phone the second time all of the could have been prevented.
My book is called woods runner. The author of my book is Gary Paulson. I'm currently on page 56. The mom cries the mom cries. The mom wouldn't have been crying if the boy didn't leave,
tgarrison2 I have heard of the book but never got around to reading it.
sbogue2 i have read Percy Jackson and the lightning thief and was good I am just wondering if I should read it.
I was reading Extras by Scott Westerfeld. One cause in the book would be Aya sneaked in a video camera and hid it. The effect was she found out a train was coming so she warned the sly girls. if Aya hadn't hid the camera she wouldn't have known a train was coming.
@tgarrison2,
This sounds like a very strange book.
