The book I am currently reading is Seer of Shadows. The author is Avi and I am on page 12. My book is about photographer who starts noticing a hidden ghost in all of his photos. The ghost is believed to be the counts murdered daughter. My book is mystery/fiction. The mini-project I plan on doing for this book is Symbols in a bag because the symbols for Character, Theme, Conflict, Setting, and Climax will be easier to do for the first project of the nine weeks.
This doesn’t count as a comment but I just wanted to say...ha-ha people I was the first one to comment hahaha!!!
The book I am currently reading is kinder-transport. The author is Olga Levy Drucker, I a on page 55. My book is about a 6 year old girl in the 1930s who parent are sercrectly jewish an when the nazi soldiers are getting closer the their town. Her parents decide to send her away on a boat to america.

I am reading Hunted: Fake ID by Walter Sorrells. I am currently reading on page 50. Hunted: Fake ID is a mystery and I am planning on doing a glogster as my mini-project for the second nine weeks. I think I am going to do the glogster because it has a lot of creativity needed for it and I've got it! I am also really skilled on the computer so I can try and make it good. In my book there is this girl, who doesn't really have a name but she goes by Chass, and her mom.They are running and hiding, and have been since "Chass" can remember, from something of which Chass doesn't know. I say the girl, Chass, doesn't really have a name because ever since she can remember her name has been fake. When her and her mother go into a new town they both change their names. Right now Chass is in the middle of trying to find her mother.Her mother left after she and Chass got in a fight and didn't return for the next few days.

My book is Hurt Go Happy by Ginny Rorby. I am on page 99. My book is about a deaf girl named Joey. She feels lonely until meeting a neighbor who has a pet chimpanzee. The neighbors name is Charlie. Joey wants to go to school to learn sign language and Charlie is trying to get Joey's mother to agree. I think I might do a glogster since I have a lot to explain about the story.

My book is called Milkweed, by Jerry Spinelli. The genre of the book is historical fiction. I am on page 63. The book is basically about an orphan boy. He lives in Nazi Germany.I am not sure what mini-project im going to do yet.
The book I am now reading is still SnakeHead.I'm on page 164.The author of the book is Anthony Horowitz.The kind of book this is is Realistic Fiction.I'm planing to do the Glogster project.To go to Gogster, type edu.glogster.com. Alex has faced Scorpia once, now he has to face the again. Now Scorpia has aquired the help from a Southwest Asia group of criminals called the SnakeHeads.Now he is getting help from the ASIS(Australlian Secret Service) and his godfather, Ash. He joins the group to learn more about his father. Will he learn more about his father? Will he and Ash stop the criminal organizations Scorpia and SnakeHeads?.
The book I am currently reading is called Carlos Is Gonna Get It. The author is Kevin Emerson, it is mystery and I am on page 33. My book is about a group of friends Trina, Thea, Sara and Frankie who want to get, a boy named Carlos back for getting them in trouble at school. He has these weird "Day Afters" that gets everyone one of his classmates in trouble. Because he believes he has been visited by aliens. The mini-project I plan to do on this book is the Symbols in a Bag.
The book i am reading is The Fire Within. I have already read the book and I didnt really get it so I am reading it again, I am on page 69. Further in the book they guy they take in finds out the clay moddels of they dragons are real. The dragons can come to life at points in time in there life. I am doing the email mini-project for this book because it seems kind of easy compared to the rest of them.
The book I am currently reading is People To Know Hillary Rodham Clinton
Activist First Lady. This book is written by T.J Stacey. In this book I am on page 39. My book is a Biography and its about Hillary Rodham Clinton and how her life was when she was growing up and what she has accomplished. I think I am going to the Symbols in a Bag for this book!:)

This book brakes things down into when do kids drive kids crazy and why and puts things into kids perspectives. The mini project I plan on doing is symbols in a bag. I plan on doing this mini project because I think it would be cool to bring things in a bag that represent my book due to the information in it.

I books title is...Bad Girls Don't Die.The author of my book is Katie Alender. The page t hat i am currently on is...25. This book's genre is Mystery. This book is so far about, a girl who's life turns around when weird things start happening in the main characters house. The lights start flickering on and off, the doors start opening when a second before they were closed. Her sister, named Kasey, is a doll- crazy collector. This becomes a problem when the main characters enemy calls her sister abusive. The reason why is because her sister is so doll-collector crazy that she didn't want people touching her dolls but the enemies sister did! And the main characters sister punched her when she did it. She isn't abusive and charges didn't get pressed on her when she broke her arm but it was a pretty bad case because the girl who's hand got broken, is so traumatized, that she won't talk to anyone except for her sister. It's like, like, she is being controlled by kasey.

the book i am reading is crocodile tears by Anthony Horowitz and i am on page 154 the genre is fiction. in this book alex the main charter discovers that he has been captured by a militia and they are traning him to kill this 20 foot crocodile that 3000 pounds. but as soon as he lets his gaurd down the militia turned on him and got venom from a rattle snake that was injected into him by a sureng.

My book is "PLANTS WITHOUT LEAVES"(they make it look kind of epic on the cover). The author is Ross E.Hutchins and they took the photos themself. I'm on page nineteen. My book is the written version of an epic story of plants without leaves(not really that epic though, but epic in a scientific sense all the while). The character cast consists of Algae, Fungi, Slime-molds, Lichens, Liverworts, Mosses, and the Horsetails. So yeah... leafless plants.
Oh yeah I'm gonna do a glogster on it. :p

The book I am reading is Heat. The author is Mike Lupica. I am currently on page 14. The book is about a boy name Michael living from Havana. Both his parents are dead and its just him left and his brother. He was walking down a street oneday and saw this cop chasing this guy, and the rober was running to fast for the cop, so Michael threw a baseball and hit him across the ahead and the bad guy got caught. Michael has an arm.

The book I am currently reading is Lost Time. The author is Susan Maupin Schmid and I'm on page 23. My book is about this girl name Violynne and she is alone, alone in the center of Lyr. Her parents were missing, and Aunt Madelyn had been arrested. It was only a matter of time before whoever was tampering with the house found the trace program and used it to find her. She had to get the implant removed as soon as possible. The mini-project I plan on doing for this is Globster because I think it will be very easy for me to do.

The book i am reading is Cyberie. I am on page 27. Cyberie is about this boy name Zane and he lives the life of luxury. Zane has a wired world.His room knows everything he needs.Then zane gets a device were he can talk to animals.That changed his life.The auther isChris Lynch.This is a good book.
The book i am currently reading is called Lion Boy it's by Zizou Corder. I am on page 65 and it is fiction. In my book Charlie's parents get taken by an older boy. When the boy tries to trick Charlie into thinking that they are on a business trip he doesn't buy it. He sneaks out of the house at night and runs to the river where he boards a Circus boat and heads to France with them because he thinks that's where his parents are. I plan to do a glogster because they seem very fun.

The book i am reading is called Palace Of Mirrors by Margaret Peterson Hadix. I am currently on page 105. this book is about a girl named Cecilia who is a pricess in hiding from her evil enemies who killed her parents. when she was a baby and her enimes couldnt find her, she was brought to live with a women she calls Nanny, they put a decoy princess on the thrown. but shes really just a normal girl, and cecilia and her best friend harper go to the kingdom capital to claim her title as princess.
The alex rider siereis is very exciting. Check out the books.

My book is Habibi by Naomi Nye. Habibi is a historical fiction. In Habibi, Liyana had to move from St. Louis Lousianna to Jeruseum Isreal. She had to move because her father is from there and she has never met her family. She has to have her father translate for her to speak to her family.

The book im curently reading is the battle of the labyrinth written by Rick Riordan. Im on page 187. My book is about, Percy (the main character), and his friends have a quest to go to the labyrinth which is a underground maze of traps and evil situations. All of the friends are trying to protect their camp from the traitor name Luke and the evil titan lord Kronos. So the heroes are trying to find Deadlues workshop, so Deadlues can help them. The mini project i plan to do is symbols in a bag. I plan to do this one, because i whant to try something new.

The book that I am reading is called "Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone."The author's name is J.K. Rowling. Im on page 50 and its really descriptive. I think that its genre is fanasty. So far a boy named Harry is sent to his aunt and uncle's house to live with them right after his parents were killed. A myserious school named "Hogwarts" sends him many letters to attend, but His uncle always get to the letters first and rips up and burn them all. But when they decide to go on vacation a giant stops by to give Harry another letter, this time he reads it. I plan to do a symbols in a bag project, but Im not sure about it.

My book is Watership Down by Richard Adams. I am currently on page 186 and my book is fantasy. It is about a rabbit who can sense danger but everybody just thinks he is crazy. He warns his brother Hazel and tells him they have to leave the warren and make a new warren far away. They recruit some rabbits to join them on there journey and they leave before the danger comes to their warren. They face many challenges on their journey and then several things go wrong when they make a new warren. I am going to do the character emails to represent the main conflict of having to leave the warren.

I am reading Manic Magee. I am on page 61 and the author is Jerry Spinelli. This bbok is about a kid whos parents die when hes three and he has to live with his grandparents that want to get a divorce but they wont. SO they have two of everything like T.Vs! So manic runs away to a place were the town is split up between whites and blacks. Maniac moves in with a black family and no agrees of it. I am planning on doing a book soundtrack for this book.
I am reading a book called 'The Green Glas Sea' it is by Ellen Klages. I am on page 106.
This book takes place in 1943,and almost eleven year old Dewey Kerrigan is on a train to New Mexico,where she will live with her father.She does not know where New Mexico is,exactly the corporal who took her to the station can't tell her.Soon she arrives at a town that really does not exist, it is called Los Alamos.This place is full of activities.This is where she began life all over again.When she came to this place it was over one or two years that she has not seen her dad or mom.
I'm going to do characther email,as a project for this book.The reason I think it will be the best way to show the lesson about this book.
This is also a historical fiction book!

The book im reading is empire by James Laxer. It is a nonfiction and I am on page 40. My book explains how empires were created and how some of them came to there downfall. This book will lead up the united states and its important issues. For the mini project, I plan on doing a glogster.

The book I am currently reading is Lock And Key. The author is Sarah Dessen, I am on page 57. The book is about Ruby a 15 year old girl, she lived with her mom, then her mom left her to go to hawaii with her boyfriend. After living alone for awhile, she goes to live with her older sister Cora, that she barly remembers, because she left when Ruby was little. my book is realistic fiction. I am planning to do symbols in a bag.

It was about this girl named Jen who has to show this famous teen star around the high schol because he has a role that has to do with a highschooler for his next movie. His name is Luke Striker.She cant tell anyone who he is because he is undercover and people will treat him differently. One Jens friend finds out who Luke is (his undercover name) and it gets out of hand.The mini project I plan on doing is Glogster.

The book I just finished is called The Return of Buddy Bush by Sheila P. Moses. This book was historical fiction it was about a man named Buddy bush who the whites were looking for. They were looking for him because a white lady claimed he raped her even though he didn't. The main character Pattie Mae goes to Harlem because that's where Buddy is supposed to be at. Once she gets there she finds Buddy and persuades him to come back down south. Buddy listens to Pattie Mae and comes back home. He goes on trial with the white men but both of them are acquitted. At the end of the book Buddy decides that he wants to go back to Harlem and his family never hears from him again. This is also based on a true story. I also plan to do a glogster because it will fit my book well.

I'm currently reading the book Titan A.E. and the author is Steve Perry and Dal Perry. The genre is Science Fiction. I am on page 198 out of 225 pages. I am not sure but I was thinking about doing glogster. My book is about
the future, and the title means Titan After Earth. The main character is Cale Tucker and at age 5 he knows more than he should about his fathers new project, a ship called Titan. His father gives Cale his ring and hands him to his alein helper Tek and says good bye, and that is the last time Cale sees him and the very evil aliens called Drejs blow up Earth. 15 years later a man named Korso shows up and when Cale starts asking questions, Korso justs asks for the ring that is now too small for Cale and he does something to it that makes it grow and even beep, and when Cale puts it on his finger it not only fits but it also tattoos a map on his hand and Korso tells him that the map will help them find the Titan and save humanity.

I am currently reading A Child Called It. The author is Dave Pelzer and this is a biography.I am on page 56. The book so far is about a boy who is getting beaten everyday by his mother. His mother considers him as an outcast to the family. His father and brothers are not allowed to play or give him food.For my mini project I plan to do the music one. I may do that one because there are a lot of songs that have to deal with not being loved.

The title of the book I a reading is Ike/Abilene to Berlin and the author is Stephen E. Ambrose. I am on page 20. Ike and his brothers helped around the house so they could have a good life. Also, when Ike was in 8th grade he scraped his knee and it was black and it was swelling. This book is a non-fiction book. I plan to do Symbols in a bag because I think it would be pretty easy to come up with the character, theme, conflict, setting, and climax.

I am reading Takeoffs and Landings by Margaret Peterson Haddix. The genre is Relistic Fition and I am on page 175. My book is about a girl and a boy who are brother and sister. The girl name is Lori and the boy name is Chuck. They dont have a good relationship with their mom. So she takes them on a trip to get to know them better,but the kids dont think that will happen. I am not planning to do a mini project on this book because it is not Non Fiction.

My book is a post-apocalyptic fantasy novel about a city of people who where living underground in a secret community. They didn't know about the outside world or anything about it. Then when two kids from the city found a way out the whole city full of 400 people followed them out. Now they have barged in with a colony of around 500 who have finally been florishing in the dead world. Food becomes scare since they had to take in an extra 400 and they are on the edge of war. I plan to do a glogster since we did that in language arts.

The book I am reading is called Stargirl. The author is Jerry Spinelli and I am on page 43. The genre of the book is Realistic Fiction. Stargirl is about a new girl in school in school who is the complete oposite of any normal person. She dresses in the weirdest clothes and she brings a ukalele to school and sings to people on their birthday. She's anything but normal and everyone at school is now her friend because no one can hate Stargirl. The mini project I plan on doing is the Symbols in a Bag because it looks kind of easy to do.

I am reading "The Tower Treasure" by Franklin W. Dixon. The page i am currently on is 36 and the genres is mystery.So far in my book the hardy boys encounter speed demon trying to run them over. Eventually the hardy boy goes to see their friend Chet Morton but on the way the boys see the speed demon's car crash. long story short the speed demon steals Chet Morton's car for another getaway. now the hardy boy are trying to their friend's car back plus a lot of other stuff on their plate. The mini project i plan to do for this book is "Items in a Bag."

The book I am reading is Lincoln: As I Knew Him. The author is Harold Holzer. I am on page 35. It's a biography on Abraham Lincoln. It contains letters and documents from people who really knew Abraham. Even people who detested him. The mini project I plan to do on the book is the soundtrack.

the book i am currently reading is swindle by gordan korman i am on page 78 and the genre is fiction. this book is about a boy who finds a million dollar baseball babe ruth card. the boy's family was having finacial problems and was going to use the card to get rid of those problems but before he found out it was worth over a million dollars a trickster who they call swindle tirck them into believing the cord was a copy and was worth 60$ now griffin (the main character) has to get the card back.

I am currently reading "The Grave" it is a historical fiction novel written by Jame Heneghan. Its based off of World War II. To start, Tom Mullen, is a homeless child who was abandoned in a toy store. Later he meets another homeless child named Brian. Tom has heard rumors about a certain construction site, and wants to find out more. They later hop some fences and soon get caught trespassing. In shock Tom falls into a huge hole and becomes unconscious. When he wakes up he's in the middle of nowhere, by himself.

The book im reading is call Neslon Mandela "No Easy Walk To Freedom".The author of my book is Barry Denenberg and im on page 72.The book im reading is about Neslon Mandela wanting freedom for all the blacks and South Africa.He goes through alot trying to get freedom for blacks.He forms groups to having freedom for black South Africans.My book is a biograhy.The mini-project I plan on doing is Glogster because it would be easy to do for this book.

My book is about this little girl around around the time that pearl harbor got bombed. she has to liveon a military bunker for most of her child hood in this small room with a fairly large family. my mini project would probably symbols in a bag.

I'm reading Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince By: J.K. Rowling. The genre of the book is Fantasy and I am on page 156. The book (so far) is about Harry trying to get use to being called "The Chosen One" and how he finds out some disturbing things about one of his classmates. Also he has to be watched since Voldemort is trying to kill him. I'm probably going to do a Soundtrack because I like music.

My book is called "HELEN KELLER. A Life." The author is Dorothy Herrmann and I'm on page 30. This book is about the famous Helen Keller who was blind and deaf. It tells about her family and the people she has meet. Helen Keller was mute but she grew out of it. I plan on doing a symbol in a bag because this book has a lot of objects that Helen feels.

I am reading Changling. The author is Delia Sherman. I am on p.100. My book is about the NewYork Between changeling. She breaks her gias and has to get3 items on a quest.I plan to do do a sound track.
My book is called Bully for You, Teddy Roosevelt. The author is Jean Fritz and the genre is biography. I am currently on page 36. In my book they are talking about the adventures of Teddy Roosevelt. Tedy experiences a lot of adventures throught this book. I plan for my mini project to do the symbols in a bag.

I am reading the same book. It is very boring.
The book i am reading is called Shiver. The auhor is Maggie Stiefvater, the genre is fantasy, and i am on page 10. Shiver is about a girl named Grace who falls in love with a werewolf named Sam. But with Sam being a werewolf, it is hard to stay together. This book is all about them trying to stay together. I plan to do the charachter email between sam and Grace because sam and grace are in a relationship and it will be easy fo them to email.

My book is about a girl who discovers homeless cats by accident. These four cats cause so much mayhem and may ruin two other people's futures. I'm going to do the book soundtrack. I want to do this specific mini project because I listen to music all day anyways so I mind as well do it for a grade. Also, I dont want to so a mini project that i will have to present just quite yet. I would rather do Glogsters for my next two books.
