I am currently reading Ghost in the Machine by Patrick Carmans. I am on page 30 and I think the most important word in the book at the moment would probably be Intresting because in the book they say a lot of intresting things like very interesting, Dr.Watts is alive, so that makes three.

I am currently reading "evil star" by anthony horowitz. Alsso I'm on page 23 because I just got this book. I think the most important word would be courage. I chose this word because the main charactor of this book is choosen to defend the world from evil forces. So the fate of the world depends on him. I would think this would take a lot of courage to do that.

I'm reading Inkspell by Cornelia Funke. I am currently on page 369. "And Meggie had to smile when he kissed her, although she was still shedding tears." The word I chose is "tears" because everything that's going on in the story at the moment, is unfortunate and all effects Meggie. So, Meggie is very upset and crying a lot.

I am on page 169 of Brisingr by Christopher Paolini. I think the most important word of the segment I have read this week is 'allies'.Eragon has gotten a lot of help from his allies in the Varden.He was saved in Eastcroft by Arya, the elf. Roran, Eragon's brother, is allowed to have a safe job from Queen Nasuada. The Varden recieves help from elves, dwarves, and even Urgals; once enemies of the Varden who resemble gorillas mixed with antelope; who help the Varden in the war against the Empire. Surda is also a ally of the Varden and help to stop the Empire and there evil plans along side the Varden. Surda also houses the Varden so they can be ready to fight the Empire and are not in the mountains far away.

@Lmiller2
- I read that book and loved it.Hoot is very similar to the movie but it has a few different twists. I have actually seen the owls in real life and they are the cutest little things.

@Pblangor5
- That book looks really good.I will put it on my summer reading list.

I am currently reading the book “The Clique.” And it is by Lisi Harrison. I am currently on page 23 on the book. And the most important word I think that is in the book is the word clique. Because its what the story revolves around of. Also every girl that’s in the clique is known as the most popular girls and the most prettiest and everyone wants to be them. So that is why I think that the word clique is the most important word.

The book I am reading is Hoot by Carl Hiaasen and I am on page 223. The most important word in my book based on what I have read is probably risk. "But it was a risk I had to take." This is referring to when Roy, the main character lets his new friend use his name and information when he ends up in the hospital so that his stepmother would not find out and put him in military school. Roy takes many risks in this book, like when he stood up to a bully named Dana and when he decided to help his friends Beatrice and Mullet Fingers stop construction of a pancake house to save owls. This is why the word "risk" is the most important word in my book, Hoot.

The book I am readig is caled Out of My Mind by Sharon Draper. I am on page 48. I believe the most importnant word in this book is "Learn". One sentence that uses that word is : At Mrs. V's house I learned to scoot and then to crawl. I chose this word because in this book the main character Melody can't talk,walk,feed herself, or use the bathroom without help.Although she doesnt have the use to all her body parts and muscles she learns to communicate by the help of Mrs.Valencia. Mrs.V showed Melody that whatever you put yur mind too you can do and will do.She gave Melody hope while others had little faith in her.

I am currently on page 23 of The Doll in the Garden by: Mary Downing Hahn. It wasn’t till I’d gotten into bed and turned out the light that I thought about the garden and Kristi’s ghost story. I choose the words ghost story because now that Ashley is hearing crying and seeing the white cat from her story. She isn’t sure if what Kristi said is true but so far everything has been. Now Ashley doesn’t know what to believe.

I’m reading Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins. I’m currently on page 153. Through all the pages I have read this week the most important word was enough. I chose this word because through all the chapters Katniss wonders if all of what she’s going to do and what she’s done is enough to president Snow. He has threatened to kill Gale if she doesn’t calm down the districts and convince him that she likes Peeta. She is struggling through it and has the idea to run away. Here’s the sentence:
“Did I do it? Was it enough? Was giving everthing to you, keeping up the game, promising to marry Peeta enough?”

My book is Found. It is by Margaret Peterson Haddix and I'm on page 57. The "important" word for the story would be Mystery. I am currently reading Hit The Road by Caroline B. Cooney and I am on page 22. I would say that the most important word of my book is drivers license. " Brit ha had her drivers license eleven days, and since there were now 3 drivers at her house, simple math meant three cars, or at least two". I think this sentence is the most important in the book because this story just revolves around her drivers license and how it is managed. If drivers license was not in this book, it wouldn't have the same theme or it could be interpreted differently by different people.

I am reading "Peeps" by Scott Westerfield. I am currently on page 41. If I had to pick one word to describe this book it would be "Peep" because the entire story so far is about a virus, and the people who have it are called "peeps". In some ways peeps are like vampires. "I've seen lairs marked like this before, part territorialism- a warning to other predators to stay away-partly the sort of things peeps just... liked."

I am currently reading The Boy who Couldn't Die by William Sleator and I am on page 20. The most important would have to be Evil. Not only because it is the main concept of the book, but also it causes a lot of the events in the book to happen. For example, you don't just go to a crazy gypsy and expect to come out eluding death for the rest of your life. Also DYING is one of the things needed to become this so called immortal, which is evil. This book is just about evil forces period.

I'm reading Fairest by Gail Carson Levine (page 163).The most important word is deteriorated. I choose this word because the cook named Frying Pan's meals were late and the food was nasty. The bread was stale, the cheese was moldy, roasts were uncooked or burned, one memorable cake was frosted with chicken fat.
