gdmontgomery2
Good job on your post.
I just finished the book The Chronicles of Vladimir Tod Eighth Grade Bites written by Heather Brewer. One word I used to describe this book is daring. The reason I describe this book as daring because it has a lot of interesting turns. Vlad goes on an adventure to discover different places, people, and secrets. He also undergoes problems with other vampires.
wdalluge2 I was going to read that book!
I am currently reading the Mark of athena by Rick Riordan. Right now, I'm on page 172. If I had to choose one word to describe my book, it would be adventerous. This is because they are constantly on adventures and quests. For example, once they got on the ship, they had to go and defeat a monster and when that was over, Annabeth right away had to follow the Mark of Athena.
gdmontgomery2 That seems like a good book!
@wdalluge2
I love James Patterson! I've read a lot of his books including "Sail". That one was weird though....
@gdmontgomery2
I think I've heard of that book. It's supposed to be really good.
The book I'm reading is Bittersweet by Sarah Ockler. I'm page 246.If I had to describe this book in on word I would use...bittersweet. I would use bittersweet because everything Hudson does has a good & bad side affect to it. For example she agreed to train her school hockey team for "ice time" so she can train. This is good because she can train for her ice skating competition but bad because she can't work for her mom in her restaurant and she doesn't have to to hang out with her friends, so they're drifting apart.
@gmontgomery2
good job
@llambert6
awesome :)

I am reading The sword of the Spirits by John Christopher. I am on page 58. The First word that pops in my head when i think of this book is adventerous. As stated last blog, there always on battles and quests to help his castle. This time Luke, the Prince, is defending his castle from several attackers. This is what comes to mind when i think of my book
Wperkins6
Good blog
gdmontgomery2
May wanna use a word document next timme...
I am currently reading Through My Eyes. It is by Tim Tebow and Nathan Whitaker. I am currently on page 16, but one word i would use to describe this book is exciting. I say this because the book just makes you want to read on and see what happens next. It also gets you pumped and just do something exciting.
wperkins6
Good job on your post.
gdmontgomery2
I hope you like the book.
WDalluge2 good job dawg
nhamilton2 good job hommie
I am reading "The Maze Runner" by James Dashner and I'm on page 33. One word to describe my book would be mysterious. Your in alot of suspense and it is kind of weird. Like when Thomas arrives to the Glad everyone isn't telling him the whole truth about the place. Also are mysterious with their answers to all his typical questions.
@nhamilton2 Good job and I love Tim Tebow.
@Iriveria2 That book sounds good
I am currently reading Dark Life by Kat Falls and I am on page 180. If I could use one word to describe my book, it would be strange. I would use this word because the book for a couple reasons. One would be some of the characters have skin that shimmers. Another would be some characters have "Dark Gifts" which are weird abilities, like talking to dolphins and fish and being able to change their skin color in an instant.
Iriveria2- Good job with the blog.
Rhale6- You also did a good job.
I am currently reading the Sea of Monsters. It is by Rick Riordan and I am on page 205. The one word I will say about this book is bravery. The two main characters go through a lot of trouble like explosions and violence. Another word that could go in this book is caring. Those two main characters care for each other and if one gets hurt, the other does something caring. Really, its true.
@llambert6,
What would happen if Athena made a scratch?
@nhamilton2,
That is a good book by Tim Tebow who moved from the Denver Broncos to the New York Jets in the NFL. He is a quarterback.
I just finished the book Re-Vamped by Sienna Mercer. One word to describe my book would be happy. The reason why the word is happy is because two sisters are re-united after birth. Another word would be anxious. This book made me anxious because Olivia has to pass three tests to become a full vampire. If you want an easy read book get re-vamped.
zotto5
Sounds good!
Rhale 6
Nice job!
IRivera2
I like what you said on your post.Good job!
smwilliams2 you did a good job on your sentences
fgoetz2 you did a good job awesome book
I am currently reading"The old Willis place'.The author is Mary downing hanh.I am on page 69.The word i would give this book is mystery.The reason why is because the little girl is mysteriously worrying about how to get in the house with the new care takers.
I am currently reading Enchanted by Gail Carson Levine. I am on page 50. One word to describe this book is different. I say it is different because it isnt like any of the books I read before. This book is alson magical because there are fairies and magic.
rhale6 great job
kkey2 u did a great job
kkey2 u did a great job
I am reading hatchet by: Gary Paulsen. I am on page 127 and the book is amazing. In one word it would be: why. So many continuos things happen to him that are treible. I fell bad for him; first his plane crashes; secoud the plain almost reachs him but left right before they got there.
The name of my book is the maze runner. By James Dashner. One word that describes my book is lost. Lost because the children are lost themselves. Also their minds are lost because they have no knowledge of who they are or their personal life. All in all the whole book so far is very lost…
nluna6 that was great comment.
I am currently reading Dark Life by Kat Falls. One word that could really describe my book is aquatic. This book I find it aquatic because well like the cover of the book its deals with people living under the water. it explains what deep sea animals look like. also it talks alot about the different objects and problems people would experiance having an under water life.
tnichola6 it is a great book
dblair6 that was a nice blog.
yalvarez6 it sounds great.
I am reading Icefire and I am on page 79. My word would be awesome. The book is about a boy uncovering secrets about clay dragons. The book is a thrill to read. He goes on a quest to discover these ancient dragons that evolved from clay.
The title for my book is how to break a dragon’s heart (how to train your dragon).
The author of my book is Cressida Cowell; the pg number I’m now is 50. The one word I would say my book is is exciting because there is a lot of this happening at the same time. Like dragons for instants there are a lot of dragons in this book, well of course because it is about dragons. Also because there are Vikings, like this guy named hiccup, and his “friends”.
smwilliams2
That was a good book hoped you enjoyed. :D
IRivera2
that sound like a good book. :D
I am reading The Rescue by Kathryn Lasky.I am on page sixty-eight and I think that hope is a word that describes my book. Soren's teacher Ezylryb went missing and with his band of friends and his little sister, Soren hopes to find his missing teacher. Soren also finds out about a evil owl that could have killed a Barred owl. This owl wears a mask and his species is unknown. Soren hopes to see this bird to bring him to justice. Soren and Eglantine also hope to find their parents that went missing.
I am reading the science-fiction novel Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card on page 26 (Just started an hour ago). To catch you up if you havent read it, it's about a post-apocalyptic world where aliens from another world invaded earth a while ago, and the aliens lost. Ender is a 6 year old boy (who seems to act like he is college student, because of his exspansive intellegence) who had recently been drafted ina sort of army-like force which protects Earth from aliens.
I think that one word to describe this book so far is 'Maturity'. Ender has decide wether he is going to take on such a great responsibility, or if he is just going to throw one of the most honorable opportunities there could be. Ender's parents are actually quite frightened, aswell as he is. This entire book is most likely going to be about Ender's struggles through hard work and achieving success, which takes an amazing amount of maturity.
I am reading City of Bones, by Cassandra Clare. I am on page 227.
One word i would give this book is dangerous. One of the main characters Clary runs into many demons and dangerous things in this book. She lives with Jace in a huge mansion full of weapons for killing demons. Jace and her have to kill demons to save her mother. What they do is very dangerous and that is why i give this word to this book.
@WDalluge2
Nice post. Remember your supposed to write 5 sentances.
@bsammel5
I've never read that book before. It has been suggested to me several times, and I really want to read it!
I am reading November Blues by Sharon M. Draper. I am currently on page 214. One word that would describe my book is maturing. The main character in my book, November, just found out she's going to be a mom. In the book this is a sad situation because November's boyfriend, Josh, had currently passed away. Now she is only 16 years old with a baby on the way, ruining her chances for college and her senior year activities.
@Smwillians2 I readt one of those books before! She has a twin right?
@Wperkins6 I read that book before! Good book ,
I am reading the always war by Margaret Peterson Haddix. I am on page number 116. The word I would choose is fighting. I chose this word because in the book they are always fighting.
kkey2 I like how you posted your blog.
Dblair6 I like the book that your reading i also read it it was a good book.
The book I am currently reading is The Test by Peggy Kern. This book is a really book I like It a lot the page number I am on is 102. A word I would use to describe this book is sad because the main character got pregnant at a young age and had things planed for the future but she messed all up. She had a hard time growing up pregnant at first she didn’t even know how to explain it to her mother she was filled with lots of gilt and anger. She seemed like a good person but she just didn’t carry herself right but so far it seems sad to me because I know if she could take that back she would.
The book I’m currently reading is called Coffeehouse Angel by Suzanne Selfors. The page I’m currently on is 53. If I had one word to describe this book it would be confusing. it would be confusing because in the book it’s a guy who is a guardian angel and then where they live at its surrounded by Indians and most of the people are Indians. This book is very good can’t wait to see what happen.
@gdmontgomery2 good job.
@sedwards good job.
The book i am currently reading is Chasing Tiger and i am on page 6. The author is named Glenn Stout. If i can choose one word about my book it is Sporty. I chose that word because it is about Tiger Woods and his golf carrer. Also in the back It shows all the records he has broken since being a golfer.
@Dmcknight2 nice blog but you need one more sentence!!!
@dblair6 I still need to read that book!!!
The book I am currently reading is The Hunger Games. The author is Suzanne Collins. I am on page 304. One word I could say about my book would be is suspenseful. I say this because it is almost impossible to put down, you have to pry your eyes off the page. Even the summary is amazing!
@BCampbell5 that seems pretty good, if you like golf or other sports.
@Sedwards2 that seems like an odd but true book, because it happens every day.
the book i am reading is dark life. The author is Kaqt Falls. Iam on page 266. The one word i wound use is suspenseful. You never know what will happen next.
The book I am reading is hidden by p.c and kristin cast.my one word is vampyre because almost everyone in the book is a vampyre. There is good ones and bad ones the presties sat the school is named nefret she is a bad one. Wile zoey and her friends are trying to stop her from ending the world. This fast pase novel will have you at the end of your seat. This is the 10th book in the house of night series

llambert6 lo, i heard it was good i migght read it when your done
I am currently reading:TroubleTwisters by Garth Nix and Sean williams and i am on page 78 if i had to choose one word to desribe this book so far would be strange because everything around them is changing in a weird
I'm reading 1984 by George Orwell. I'm on page 216. Even though it is not a real English word, if I had to give one word to describe the book, it would be doublethink. As quoted in the book "Doublethink means the power of holding two contradictory beliefs in one's mind simultaneously, and accepting both of them." Doublethink simultaneously happens consciously and subconsciously. It describes the entire book, because, the three statements in which the Party is based on, War is Peace, Freedom is Slavery, and Ignorance is Strength, all in themselves involve Doublethink. The people of the society, know, both consciously and subconsciously, that the Party is lying about a lot of things, such as the history of the wars, but they also believe consciously and subconsciously that everything the Party says is true. The Inner Party, or the core, even the people who create the lies believe the lies they produce, while still on both the levels of consciousness and unconsciousness, knowing they are lies on conscious and subconscious levels. This goes for everything the Party says; even though people remember the truth, and know the Party has changed the past, they still believe beyond comprehension, that every word the Party says is true, has always been true, and always will be true, no matter how many times the Party changes what they say.
nsmith5
That book is pretty good.
Rhale6
That book is really good.
My book The Son of Neptune by Rick Riordan and I'm on page 154. If I were to describe this book in one word it would be emotional. I choose this because everything they say and do is very deep and dramatic. For example,while on a journey Percy almost fell off a cliff and Hazel saved him. during this point she had a flashback which talked about the same thing happening to her when she was little and her father saving her from a fall.
gdmontomery2 good job
WDalluge2 good job
my book is Alic in Wonderland, written by lewis Carroll. i am on page 60. if i had to pick one word for my book it would be adventures. Because one its in the title and two it seems that in every chapter there is something new, crazy and different happening. all the different events i think make the book more interesting to read.
gdmontgomery2
good job on your post this week.
wdalluge2
good job including a quate in your post this week.
I just finish the book Diary of a Wimpy Kid. The author is Jeff Kinney. The one word I would choose to describe this book is entertaining. The book has a bunch of entertainment and humor. The book was really great I was sucked into reading it made me laugh a lot and it overall was a wonderful book.
gdmontgomery2 Good job on your post.
WDalluge2 good job
I am reading Found by: Margaret Peterson, on page 223. The word I would use to describe this book would be mysterious. Mysterious fits this book well because everything that has happened so far has been that way. Like when Angela sees a plane full of babies and no one knows where they’ve came from. Also how they get mysterious letters from an unknown person. This book has been very mysterious through almost the whole thing.
mflippen6 sounds interesting.
asanatcroce2 good job!
I am currently reading the book The Lost hero by Rick Riordan. Also i am on page 305. If I had to choose one word for my book it would be mysterious. Because in the book it leaves a lot of cliff hangers giving you a mysterious feeling on what is fin to happen next in the book.
great job on post @irivera2
wperkins6 good job on post
I am currently reading Dark Life. The book is by Kat Falls. I'm currently on page thirty-seven. One word I would use to describe this book is water. The book has many under water related subjects. It also explains the life of aquatic animals.
wperkins6
It seems like an interesting book!
IRivera2
Good job on your post!
I am reading Battle of the Labrynth by Rick Riordan. Also I'm on page 117. One word to describe my book is a nightmare. Because any normal person going through the events make them go insane. The main character is constantly being attacked by demons and mythological creatures.
I am currently reading the book Daniel X by James Paterson and I am on page 238. If there was one word I could truly use to describe this book, it would have to be adventure. One reason I would chose this word is because in all, the book explains the story of how he kills monsters on his list. Another reason would probably reason, would not only be for him, but also because he ventures for the people close to him. A example for the people that are close to him is when he tries to save all of his friends from the evil boss in the book.
@nhamilton2
Sounds great!
@OPanchal5
Great book, I've read it!!
dblair6
That book is very confusing.
dsmith5
Good blog.
I am reading The Mark of Athena by Rick Riordan. I have just finished the book today. One word I would use to describe it is adventurest. The reason why is because Percy and the other demigods go on a big quest with a lot of dangerous twists and turns.

Rhale6
That book sounds good.
wperkins6 I like the way how you explained the book good job.
I am changing my book to:Maximum Ride,by: James Patterson. I am currently on page 57. One word that I would use to describe this book is Thrilling. In the beggining thes kids escaope a evil lab called thhe school. and they run to escape hounds and guards with guns,and they jump off a cliff and fly. It has twists and turns like when in the morning angel (an 8 year old girl), reads maxes mind (max is the main character).
I’m reading Gone by Michael Grant. I am currently one page 158. I really have enjoyed reading this book so far. One word to describe it would be fear. Most of the kids in this book don’t know what’s going on. So they are very scared.
IRivera2- great blog
Twithers5- be more specific
The title of the book I am currently reading is Malice. Chris Wooding is the author of the book. I am on page 163. I would describe this book as deadly, because it's a would that fewer kids survive. If you gather the right things and say the right words, you'll be taken to malice.
I don't like war books but I think I am going to like your book.
I am currently reading Alfred Kropp, The Thirteenth Skull. It’s by Ricky Yancy. And I am on page 297. If I hade to pick one word to descried the book it would be revenge. And the reason why is because all through out this book there is one guy who is so focused on getting revenge and doesn’t care what happens to him or any one he knows. And in the end he ends up giving up dead because he was so oblivious to all other things.
KAduBrempong2, nice job on blog
jexley6, good job

The Maze Runner, James Dashner, 156. The one word I would use that describes my book would be mysterious. I would chose mysterious because the author leaves a lot of questions to be answered. This book is mysterious because of the setting and where the book takes place. The characters make the book even more mysterious. The characters make it mysterious because of the little back ground you get.
twithirs5 good book,,
ttaylor5

nbrown5

Im currently reading "Dragon Rider" by Cornelia Funke and on page 365. The the one word that I would use is "Imagination" because it all kinds of fantasy with creatures.
tdcole6, that sounds like a cool book.
grenfro6, i want to read that book.
The Title of my book is Clone Codes the author is John Mckissack, and I’m on page 61. If I had to choose one word to describe my book I would say exhilarating. Why? Because the book is nothing but action. Every page you turn there is always something new happening. Like the main character is Leanna and her mother gets taken away, than the next chapter Leanne to run away to Doc Doc’s house for safety or they will take her away.
@gdmontery2: that’s sounds like a cool book.
@iriveria2: cool. (:
The book I am currently reading is The Lightning Thief. The author is Rick Riordan. I am currently on page 46. The one way I would describe this book is that it is very mysterious. The reason why I choose this word is because anything can happen in this book.
