I am currently reading les miserable by van hugo. I am on page 180. I read this book because after I saw the movie and the play it looked interesting. My book also is a very hard book to read so I also choose it because I wanted a challenge. I will most likely do a collage. Because there are so many different symbols and characters it will be a great mix up on my collage.

I am reading the lord of the rings by J.J.R Tolkien i am on page 83. i Chose this book because i had seen the lord of rings movies as well as the hobbit. So i figured the next best thing is the book. Not to mention i love anything to do with the lord of the rings and the author jjr is a great writer. The mini project i choose would be the collage because i haven't done it yet and it seems like a good one to do.

I am currently reading Vietnam book one I Pledge allegiance by Chris Lynch. I am on page 56. I chose to read this book because I have read one of the other books “book 3.” And wanted to find out what happened in book 1 and 2. Also because I like to read war books because they are the really the only books that can keep me entertained.

The reason I picked this book is because by brother read it and he said it was a good book, so I wanted to try it out. The other reason is because I see a lot of people reading it so; I just started to read it. I think, for the mini project I’m going to do another collage. That’s what I am going to do for my book.

I am reading Malice by Chris Wooding and I am on page 267. I chose to read this book for this nine weeks because it has been recommended to me by numerous peers and I wanted to check it out. I have also read some good reviews and I enjoy the suspense and mystery genres, which is what Malice is. I am planning to do either Symbols in a Bag or Collage because I believe both would make it easy to show what my book is about and symbolize the plot devices. Now that I have almost finished the book, it is safe to say that I would recommend this book to anyone who enjoys a book with grinding suspense, ironic plot twists, and a good mystery.
ReplyDeleteI am reading the book "Travel Team" By Mike Lupica and i am on page 31. I am not that far into the book but what i have read so far is amazing and heart touching. The main character Danny Walker is a small kid, an abnormally small child. He loves the game though, he has to use all of his strength to shoot the ball which is kind of sad, but he doesnt care.

I am currently reading "TEBOW TIME" by Jesse Hines and I'm on page 124. I'm reading this book because Tim Tebow is my favorite athlete. He has inspirational quotes that makes you want to hang them on your wall so you can read them everyday to remind you. Not to mention it has his PROMISE speech that he made the year they won the National Championship. The mini project i would do is the collage because it seems easy to do with this book.

The book I am reading is Thirteen Reasons Why by Jay Asher. I am on page 133. I chose this book because the summary on the back of the book and the quote “You can’t stop the future. You can’t rewind the past. The only way to learn the secret…is to press play.” caught my attention. When I read the book I can visualize all the scenes in my head. Therefore I choose to do a collage.

When I finally got to Everlost I read a few of the pages before I checked out. The part I'm on right now is great because you really have to read it to understand what there trying to show. My book is Catching Fire by Suzanne Collins. I am on page 203 out of 497. The reason I chose this book was because I already read the first one and I thought it would be a good idea to read the second one. I also chose it because of the action and suspense that goes on in the book. That is why I chose Catching Fire.

I am reading in a heartbeat by Loretta ellsworth. and I am on page 50. I choose this book because it the mystery and spontaneous genre that I like in a book. for my book I choose to do the collage project. because there's two different stories being told so I think adding elements from both stories on a poster would be the best way to go.

I say that movie! I hated it.
I am reading harry potter and the prisoner of azkaban. I am on page 142. The author makes the main character, harry beleieveable by giving him real life troubles. Some like having trouble with his parents or his brother, everyone has trouble witrh them time to time. Thats about as real as the main character can get....
